Absolutely the best bday party a young autistic child could ask for! Seeing that our daughter is turning only 5 years old but is very nervous with over-stimulation and lots of people and is almost non-verbal.... we felt sincerely blessed to be welcomed by ALMOST EVERY STAFF MEMBER beginning to end. A great start with polite and kind customer service from jump! It made us feel welcomed and delighted to have them make the effort. We weren't just another family or another kid coming in. They all even asked about helping with items in the car and we were given the area promptly and professionally to set up with help whenever we needed it. Also, we were given a sweet, kind and very patient young lady to help w/our get together. The food was yummy and each kiddo had their own choice which was nice it's not easy to make all different items on the fly! We had a blast with bowling for an hour or so and nice quiet area to ourselves! On the backend we were treated kindly from step1 getting a date etc, to the end when checking out and pricing was in point and actually way more reasonable then we thought. To know this company is so nice to kids with special needs makes me beyond sure we will be back very soon to enjoy more fun family days together there and our appreciation is more then I can say to the entire staff and the young lady we'll call her Miss. J for her hard work and kind heart she made our Ivy's Day! Ty East Islip Lanes from one happy mama!

I've been coming here since I was 7 for Saturday morning bumper leagues. Then, I bowled in regular Saturday morning league and then scholarship league on Wednesday/Friday nights. Always good deals like quarter-mania, early Sunday bowling.... always fun here! Do NOT go to Bowlero or any bowling chain. It is simply a rip off. You can't beat the prices and warm and welcoming feel of EI Lanes.

I've been bowling here with my cousin and friends for over 5 years now. It has gotten better here, new machines and hdtvs on the lanes also.

Nice place, a little on the dingy side. Definitely hasn't been updated for years. But a fun afternoon for the kids!

We had a few issues with a girl that would shoo us away at the snack bar when we tried to buy two sodas. She would tell us to go to the bar or wait to find a waitress. Then the bar told us to go to the snack bar and the waitress was MIA. It was handled by other staff, pro tip, if this happens, you can go to the main desk for them to ring you up. Our problem was quickly solved. The food is good, I would recommend the cauliflower bites, the wings, chicken tenders, pretzel sticks, flatbread, and quesadilla. The cheesy bread and nachos aren't the best. As for the drinks, can't complain, they are good. I don't care for the Long Island Iced Tea Mix, they no longer pour in all the liquor, it's a mix...not the same, but I buy it! They do rock and glow and have music videos and shows playing on them behind the lanes. I have one complaint, I don't mind it for us...BUT...if you are advertising yourself as a family alley for people of all ages, don't be playing music videos of naked women with spread legs bent over twerking next to Bluey.

The place honestly hasn't changed all that much over the years, but it still looks really good. You can tell they do ongoing maintenance because it doesn't have that run down feeling that some mini golf places can get. My kids absolutely loved it. Mini golf can be a little boring for younger kids, but the glow lights, statues, and different obstacles made the whole experience much more interesting for them. They were having a great time and definitely want to go back. The course could use a little more variety, though. Some of the holes are pretty straightforward, and I think adding a few trickier obstacles or making each hole a little more unique would make it even better. That said, it was a great beginner experience for my kids and a good way to get them interested in mini golf. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and even the bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. We also spent some time in the arcade, and the kids really enjoyed that too. The games are probably a little expensive per play compared to some other arcades, but everything was working, clean, and the games and machines seemed pretty up to date. We used a Groupon, which helped save some money. I did notice there were actually some better deals advertised on the Monster Mini Golf website if you use a promo code, but unfortunately we tried multiple times and couldn't get the code to work. Overall, we had a really good time. It's not the most challenging mini golf course out there, but for younger kids, the theme and atmosphere make it a lot more fun than a basic course. My kids had a blast, which is really what matters.

Also looks like they have some private rooms for birthday parties. I wish we had found this place when my son was younger as we would likely have done a birthday here. Only thing this place could use would be a snack bar/food but they do have beverages for sale.

We ended up getting the $55 deal for all three grandkids, which was fine until one card stopped working and we needed help to fix it. They asked for proof of our purchase, so I showed them the credit card info on my phone, but all I got was the runaround. In the end, they gave me a new card, but my granddaughter lost all her points. That's when they just brushed us off and told my wife and me, "Oh well." We had one grandkid not able to get any prizes.

We went in for an Unlimited Wings & Free Play deal to promote a UFC fight. We were emailed about this deal. When we were seated, we were initially told by the host that we have to "pay for the deal in advance and it comes off the bill." This was not accurate. In fact, the deal was redeemed with a QR code that the waiter uses to apply the deal to the bill at the end. It seems every time I visit, the company is offering a deal that the staff are unaware of, and it leads to confusion and headaches. Service overall was good but a bit slow. Once we got our first round of wings, service was much faster and we got our extra rounds pretty consistently. Our waitress was super nice and a delight. The boneless wings were not bad! Nothing special but tasty enough to want a few rounds, especially with this deal. Overall, a great spot to hang with friends, get some food, and play some games! Despite the confusion, I would definitely come back for this unlimited offer. We got plenty of food (even leftovers) and played unlimited games for the following three hours!

Better version of Chuck E Cheese…read more The best part of the trip to Xtreme Play was the strapped in aerial obstacle course. Geared towards the younger crowd, adults can partake in the play which was pretty cool. There was enough excitement from the various obstacles to provide a thrill, old and young alike. This was definitely the highlight of the entertainment center. Safety wasn't an issue and there was enough supervision even with the additional risks. There are many arcade games but 1/3 of the games seemed to be out of order for my trip. Not sure if that is because of the package my group paid for. Honestly most of the games were stale. The bumper cars were of the kiddie variety and used levers for movement instead of a steering wheel so it was a little less bump which takes away some of the fun. The overall drive space was smaller so the bumps were more like nudges. The scary 3D movie experience also didn't provide the thrill I was expecting. The aroma of buttery popcorn is very prevalent everywhere in the center, so much so that I swear it's on purpose to make you buy popcorn. The pizza was not impressive but I suppose standard for the course. During my visit the wait for the concession lines were really long. The floors were well cleaned and maintained which is a nice change from the normal food stained floors of most kiddie entertainment centers.

Considering the fact that 3 hours of unlimited attractions is $43 on its own, the Level Up package is a deal! Plus, I don't have to limit my kids' activities so everyone is happy. My boys loved the Dark Ride, which is an interactive ride with shooting elements, and the bumper cars. There was also a ropes course, rock wall, ninja warrior course, and a ballocity play area. The only bummer was that the mini bowling was out of order, and I know my sons would have loved that.
