Horrible place to take your phone to get repaired. My phone had a cracked screen took it to be repaired. When I got it back the microphone won't work and calls keep cutting out. They told me there's nothing they can do about those issues. Called and asked why they didn't check it before they gave it back to me and charged me 70 dollars. They said they could put my old battery back in but it was bent while being removed and they would not recommend that. In addition, I would still owe them $20 for the tech service. I have a personal phone and a corporate phone. just replaced my personal phone two weeks ago. i jad taken my corprate phone in to have a cracked screen repaired. The first visit they repaired the screen but had broken the back glass and now my biometric scanner no longer works. So the second visit they charged me to replaced the back screen and repair the scanner that they had broken. So a third time they had me come back to repaor the biometric scanner, again that they broke. three visits, they were unable to repair my scanner, my phone is now a paperweight because i can no longer easily access my apps thst require passwords. MY PHONE IS WORSE THAT WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. They chose to refund me for work done but more damage has been done than replacong a simple, SIMPLE screen fix. I now owe my company a new phone. Only send your enemies here. i should have taken otw when I first visited and another lady was funing mad because they had broken her phone and I was irritated that she was taking so much time and I jad to wait for a long while. Now, sadly, i too can justify her bad attitude. Do yourself a favor, seek elsewhere!! A $300 fix cost me 3 days time, a vacation day, 13 hours without a phone and $995.43 for a new phone. I had a battery rebuilt for one of my tools- a drill. They advertised rebuilding was better that new. Well it is not. It stopped working 1 year later. 3 days after the warranty, so of course they wouldn't fix it. I don't use the drill often so I was surprised it quit. They offered me 10% off a new one. I should have gotten a new one to begin with. I would not recommend the service or work done. I did alot of business here but I am moving on. I am off to the hardware to buy new. read more

Cracked my iPhone screen, and needed it fixed asap ! I looked at my options, and came across Batteries plus and I'm very glad I did. I took my phone in, and they were all very very nice. It only took about 45 minutes to an hour for them to repair the screen. I also bought tempered glass, and they gladly put it on my phone. read more

Had them repair the screen on my iphone plus and first time he ruined the cable for earpiece so had to return to have that replaced. While replacing the cable he broke the new screen they installed. Waited 3 weeks and never heard from them so drove up again and they replaced the screen. I was supposed to get a glass screen protector and a discount on the price but once it was repaired they told me to leave because two screen was more than they made fixing it like it was my fault. It was an hour drive for me each way and the tech who repaired my phone was rude to my wife after they said they weren't giving me anything for the trouble and them breaking my phone twice!!! Iphone users go to an apple store its cheaper and safer. All others good luck these people are just rude!! read more
