He actually showed up on a Saturday morning to make the second repair. Both times he came to my house. He completed the repairs in just a few minutes. His communication was excellent and I felt that the cost was very reasonable, especially for both repairs being a house call. I highly recommend him for repairs! The first repair was under the insurance on my phone as he does repairs in my area under Asurion. The second repair was out of pocket as it wasn't covered. It was a huge savings over the about $250 to replace my phone. Also, I didn't have to drive anywhere and drop my phone off, plus I didn't have to go through all the time and hassle of moving all my data and settings into a new phone.
