Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Brian McDermott was AWESOME!!! I stopped by the store to find out if by any chance the screen on my phone could be repaired since most of my information was lost because my screen went black. Brian asked to see my phone to take a look at it and proceeded to quickly and efficiently repair the issue that made the screen go black. Brian went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it. Brian could have misdiagnosed my phone and made me pay the several hundred dollars that it would cost to replace the screen but instead took time to look at my phone and fix the issue without having to replace anything. Now that is honest customer service!!! I already have and plan on referring friends and family to this store (Batteries Plus store in Lantana) for the awesome and gracious service I received. I own many vehicles and machinery for my company. I have been going to them recently. They always have a solution they take the time to explain to me the difference in batteries and taught me many useful things. so far they have had everything I needed in stock. I have dealt with several employees, and they all are very knowledgeable in this field . as time is always an issue for my company it is comforting for me to know that I can get anything I need from them within a half hour to get going again. I noticed some reviews about them being more expensive than online. Well, yeah,? they have an overhead.! they deserve to make a profit as well. but I can't wait three days to get one of my vehicles going again. Or end up with the wrong product. I went here to get a small battery for my digital thermometer. I found the batteries online for $2.99 for a 10 pack and figured no was would I use all of them. They were selling only 1 battery for $4.49. It's such a shame I prefer using brick and mortar building stores but the price being 100 % more is a little absurd. I went back in because I'm here anyway and just want to put the thermometer away and when I said something about the price he gave it to me for $2.99 for just one battery but at least he went out of the way to do something. read more

John came out with six new batteries to check the batteries in our golf cart. We found out that they were original equipment from 2014. John cleaned all the terminals and replaced all of the batteries with new Duracell's. It's hard to find customer service like this. My wife has been going to his store to have watch batteries replaced for sometime. As far as I'm concerned they are extremely trustworthy honest and do an excellent job. Don't go here for any electronics repairs they use cheap parts, I went to fix my iPhone X screen here and they charged me 180$ once it was fixed I got my phone and checked it. The front facing camera was blurry and the lcd was messed up. They told me the camera was not their fault but I took it to another technician and he confirmed my suspicions that the parts were cheap and they had tampered with the camera module in order to replace the screen.. if you want the short version of the story they fixed my phone with messed up & cheap parts and they messed up my camera then lied about it. Worst customer service I have experienced In a long time! Took over a week to repair a screen, and they damaged it further. They wanted to charge me more for fixing the areas they messed up. They called me names in front of other customers. I had to visit the store 4 times to get any updates on the repair since they never called me. Find a different place for your repairs! Do not trust these people to do anything they say they are going to do. Been waiting three weeks for a part to be ordered and every time I go in they have a different excuse why the part is not in. The initial phone repair was done and did not fix the issue and they never tested the phone before I got it back. Unprofessional and unreliable and liars.
