DO NOT BUY CAR BATTERIES HERE! I bought a Duracell Auto Battery and battery and it didn't even last a year. I brought it in since I need a new one under warranty. They tested the battery "Well it says its not bad quite yet", I was like what does that mean? He said they have to charge it to just see. I have a car that i have to jump every time now because i don't have time to a day without a whole car battery. Go to any other store like O'riles. I get its not the workers fault, but the fact they are of no help. Screw them and their policy that makes no sense. read more

I needed a new phone battery and they had it shipped in and then replaced my phone battery quickly and answered all of my questions about an aftermarket battery (it functions the same as your Apple battery just isnt recognized by the Apple phone and doesn't display battery health/capacity in the settings anymore, which I never checked anyway). They accidentally damaged my screen during the battery changing process but provided me a new one at no cost. Overall great service and I would recommend Batteries and Bulbs on Westnedge for phone issues (as that was my experience with them) to others. read more

Brought in my iphone with a perfectly fine camera and left with it being very blurry. When I brought up this situation to them they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Also when replacing a phone screen they did not do a good job. There are spots left on my phone screen and they also said there was nothing they can do about it. Highly do not recommend. read more

Stopped in for a special sized lithium rechargeable battery. For a $20 deposit, they could order it for me. I went home and ordered it online myself for $13! Hubby didn't want to wait for battery, that's the ONLY reason we stopped there, but they didn't carry that battery either! read more

Took my Honda key fobs in for replacement batteries and neither worked correctly after that. The fobs either didn't work consistently or not at all. Took the fobs back to complain, and they said, "sometimes they get a bad batch of batteries" and replaced them with new batteries. That still did not fix the problems. I took my key fobs to Honda, and turned out, Batteries Plus used under sized batteries not powerful enough for my key fobs. They had replaced the fobs with the wrong batteries, not defective ones. (Terrible excuse!) Color me disappointed that I'd spent a lot of money at Batteries Plus on wrong Batteries, when the current, correct batteries at Honda were half the cost. I doubt I will go back for any batteries at Batteries Plus. They have one job, Batteries, and they failed miserably. read more

Tim and company are outstanding. They are capable of re-packing rechargeable batteries. They have a fantastic selection for such a small location, and they can fix cell phones, screens, screen protectors, and they sell charging cords of great lengths like 10 feet! Have a tired, old rechargeable drill, they can bring new life into it for WAY less than a factory battery. read more

I took battery packs in for rebuild on 03/29/2018 I agree with most reviews I have read, as far as being nice. However promise date for completion was on 04/09/2018. I thought it was pretty bad that I could not get a phone call letting me know there was a delay with finishing batteries not to mention they indicated they would call. I called 04/11/2018, I was told they would be ready first thing in the following morning. I was out of town for the weekend thought I would just pickup Monday, 04/16/2018, when I stopped in they still didn't have them complete. I had to wait around and put my schedule off for them, because again they could not call to let me know there was a delay. as a business owner that sells service this is bad business practice and not exceptable. read more

You can sign up on line for an appointment for cell phone repair. The 7:30 pm time slot requires that you leave your phone overnight. This information should be given when signing up on line. I chose this time slot and was enroute when I received a call informing me that I would need to leave my phone overnight. Had I known that ahead of time I would have chosen a different time. read more
