Replaced my I pad battery, that took a week. If pad didn't work, so. I returned iPad and told the I would be leaving for florida in a week. 2;weeks later they call and tell me it was a bad battery and I had to pay the $27.00 mailing fee, I said wait you put in a bad battery, kept my I pad for 2 weeks and I have to pay. Wasn't sure they could help me, but glad that I took the risk. My phone mic worked just fine for voice search, but didn't pick up sound for phone calls. I had done my research online (or so I thought) and assumed my problem was purely software. Everything from reboots to a factory reset. The two guys that helped me knew their stuff. They took the phone into the back and found that the problem was with my hardware as there must have been something stuck in front of my mic, blocking it from picking up audio. Poor communication and poor quality repair parts. Originally I was told my device would be fixed same day. It was not and I was not notified. We started a cycle of me calling and them saying "the display we had was bad, we ordered another, maybe tomorrow". It took 3 attempts, none of which they called me to notify me of. 4 days it resulted in me picking up my device and they still charged me $15 cancellation fee. They never called me, they told me "one more day" multiple times, only to bill me in the end. Can't say enough bad about these guys. Ineptitude. Poor quality parts that are tested in your device for function, if it goes out the door working, its not their problem. read more

They offered options for service to meet different price points and I couldn't have asked for anything more. We visited this location twice in the past few weeks with different devices from our kids. The first time, they did an extremely fast cleaning, which solved a charging problem. We were prepared to pay for a repair to the charging port, but were told the cleaning was free. The second time we went in with my daughters iPod touch. They checked the warranty and discovered she still had 4 days left to get a camera issue repaired. They even called to Apple store and set up an appointment for us. She now has a brand new iPod thanks to these guys. They are very honest and very knowledgeable. read more

Worst repair shop yet. I thought that iCare would be a good place to get my phone fixed because of the low price and the, so far, good reviews. I brought in my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to be repaired because I had dropped it and the glass on the back broke. This is supposed to be a phone that is IP68 water resistant and Samsung claims that it can withstand 30 min at a depth of 1.5m under water. Samsung is so confident in the phone that in the manual they tell you to rinse it under water if it gets something sticky on it. Anyways back to the point. I got my phone back in about an hour and all seemed to be well. Everything seemed to be alright with my phone. Later that day however, I got my phone wet for about 10-15 seconds and it started to freak out. The buttons at the bottom are constantly pressed making the phone unusable and on top of that it is super laggy and slow. I called iCare to get this fixed because waterproofing was a feature on the phone that worked when I brought it to them and after paying them $100 they broke that feature. They told me that they don't cover water damage and that I would have to pay them to have my phone fixed. I am very upset about this because at no time was I told that they would ruin the waterproofing on my phone. I just assumed that they would make the phone the way it came from the factory when instead I apparently paid them $100 to ruin my brand new phone. Now I am apparently out $850 for a replacement and the "repair" cost because they refused to fix it. My once perfect brand new $750 phone is now rendered useless thanks to iCare Repair. Absolutely do not take your phone here as the customer service and repairs are terrible. read more
