I love this place! I was just reading some of the reviews. I'm shocked at the reviews that are talking about poor service. I have been to the store so many times over the years and have never had anything but excellent, service. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend utilizing their services. For those that have not had this opinion, I'd say give them another chance. read more

Fast and easy service. Any time I need a fast print, especially with projects and resumes they're paper quality and fast service can't be beat. I either put in my order online and if it's less than 10 pages I receive my notification that it's ready for pick up in 30 minutes or so. This location also has several computers that you can also use to either look at documents and also print. They are have an email you can use and send them your documents and they'll print them if you do not wish to use the computers. All around a great place for fast prints. read more

All male staff is extremely condescending to female customers. If their goal is for customers to leave enraged? Then job well done! I was completely angry thanks to the big rude guy at the FedEx counter. Take your business elsewhere!!! read more

People listen up dont go to FedEX on Westnedge Portage Michigan. Staff like to gang up on customers and they use all kinds of cheap tricks sell their boxes to send a package. they 'll tell that the box is too small for the label to fit so buy the new box. If you tell em to rap around the label then they tell you your box is weak The staff is uncaring and combative. Then I came back with double packed product in heavier, thicker cardboard box. Giving the FedEx store second chance even though they were so rude to me. They said the label has to be straight and the box too small for the label and also not strong enough. if I dont want buy a box I should buy an envelope from them. All I got out of all this is that they want all customers buy their boxes If not they wont serve you. As one of their employee said we have the right to deny shipping. In other words they tell go away. I took the package to USPS and its gone hassle free and cheaper. read more

As a small business owner and artist, I've been coming to this location for probably 15 years, and I can't recommend it enough. Work has brought me into numerous FedEx locations across the country, in Chicago, New York, and New Orleans, and nobody beats this team, in terms of customer service and quality product. Turnaround time is usually recommended as 24 hours, but more often than not, they are able to knock out my printing well within that window. On the very rare occasion when we've had a snafu, they don't miss a beat correcting it. Highly recommend for all printing needs! read more

Hello, my name is Alicia and I work for a small marketing agency. That said, I had been given a project that was breaking my brain. I was asked to create a smooth, sleek, and professional inner packaging design made solely out of card stock to fit inside of a small box. This was literally going to be the death of me; I barely know how to make a paper airplane and don't get me started on swans. I'd been trying to conquer this project in the office for the past week, but I was failing miserably. This required precision, good ol' fashioned creativity, and fancy terms like "hypotenuse". I realized I didn't have the right tools to execute the unusual task at hand, so off I went to FedEx in hope of a miracle. I made my way over to the self-serve area, half hating my life and half determined to make this vision a reality. Justin, a friendly FedEx employee, must have picked up on my lost sad puppy vibes, because he quickly came over and asked if there was anything he could help with. He didn't know what he was getting himself into, bless his heart. Justin was basically my FedEx Sherpa. He spent more than enough time with me on this project and might have even gotten into a little trouble for not working on something else after a while. We were in this thing together now. Once I was feeling confident in what we had designed, he went ahead and took my large 24 sheets of card stock and cut them down to size easy peasy. Hard part was over, so I thought. As it turns out, manually folding 100lb card stock is no joke, but I wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been because Justin gave me a device used to press folds saving my fingers the trouble and agony. All the meanwhile, he printed off an unrelated 11 page pdf file for me while I was folding. What a life saver. 1.5 tedious, mind numbing, people in and out printing things and saying to me "you can do this" hours of folding later... DONE! To top it off, I mentioned I now had to find a custom hole puncher to really finish the job. I'm sure everyone was ready for me to leave at this point, including myself, but Justin offered his FedEx drill expertise to add holes in the center of my all card stock saving me a massive amount of time and effort. What a champ. Thanks to my FedEx Sherpa, Justin. I can now add Packaging Engineer Extraordinaire to my resume. read more

They need to be good at printing because they can't deliver a package on time to save their lives their incompetence at shipping or FedEx

I stopped by here recently to have a package mailed. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a hello and welcome. I went to the counter with no clue what envelope I needed, etc. A super friendly employee ask what I needed and I explained what I needed to mail and in what time frame, I asked what envelope I should choose, he responded by doing it all for me. So nice :) I waited while he packaged it up and was quickly on my way. You can't beat great customer service! read more
