The iphone screen had a HUGE yellow circle on the top left hand corner. They Ipad screen has dead spots throughout the screen. Contacted customer service and they said that they didnt have any locations in California so there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could send me a new screen and they said I was out of my 14 day warranty. So basically these guys have crappy products and do not stand by them. They said the part would be in in 3 to 5 business days but after two weeks they had run out of excuses for why my part wasn't there and finally admitted they had never ordered the part. Within ten minutes of me being there, there were five other groups with the same problem. People are paying for the parts and the service of getting their phone fixed ahead of time and then they don't even order the part after weeks???! I as well as others who were there complaining asked for a refund and finally they agreed to have a check sent in the mail for my refund but I still haven't received it and they ignore all of my phone calls. I've called probably 20 times. There is another review on Google of this place that some poor girl said she caught them looking through her pictures and videos when they were supposed to be fixing her phone. The mall did nothing about any of these issues. This company is a scam do not give them your money. They are obviously doing something else with the money and fixing phones here and there to make it seem legit. I wish I could give negative stars.
