I wasted a lot of time and money because it didn't match what was displayed in the tool. I couldn't find a way to rate the tool so I'm posting it here. On the 16th I wait until 8:30pm when the delivery finally gets here, the driver (who spoke no English) uses his phone to tell me that they have my refrigerator on the truck but that they aren't going to unload it because they "dont have time" and the truck is somehow broken again, he tells me that it has to be rescheduled again.. and then he just leaves, WITH THE REFRIGERATOR STILL ON THE TRUCK THAT WAS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!
