I walked in with my nephew and we were greeted immediately upon entry. Once I told them what we were there for it did not take long. Handed over the ring, sat in their nice little waiting area and before we knew it the ring was clean and ready to go. It really was that simple. And the employees were super pleasant. They chatted with me and my nephew and prior to us leaving they wanted me to pass on their best wishes to my sister and her now husband. The one thing that I enjoy about this spot is the reused they had did for the building. This use to be the Sheetz along Scalp, not the original one, but the one they rebuilt after the original caught fire. It went through at least one change before Kranich's snatched it up upon exodus from the Johnstown Galleria. They did an amazing job with the inside and you can barely tell this use to be a gas station first or a fast food sandwich place second. I honestly thought I would never step foot in this building ever again, well I was wrong. As a note, they share the space with a tax prep business. Parking aplenty, especially since there is no longer gas pumps in the middle of the lot.

This store is loaded with throwback video games. Everything from consoles to the game cartridges can be found here. Every game system ever made is available for purchase. The game cartridges are much easier on the pocketbook here. Compared to the national game stores and big box stores, the prices, on average, are anywhere between $2-$5 cheaper. Not bad, especially when a lot of these games have not been on sale for quite some time. They also sell refurbished laptop computers here. All seemed to be updated with the newest operating systems and are ridiculously priced (on the cheap side, not more expensive). One awesome thing about this place is that it looks like a shrine to all things past. While at the counter waiting my turn I noticed items that throwback to Pee Wee's Playhouse and the such. Our jeweler was honest with us that the structure of the ring cannot be improved, but ordered some small stones for replacement, and cleaned the rings for us as well. Our jeweler even ordered a second set of stones so that they would accurately match the ring. Rings look beautiful! I want to try some other jewelry alterations here as well. :-)
