They advertise that they have an address in the United States…read morejust to make sales, but then after you place the sale, then they notify you that it's shipping from Hong Kong and you're not going to get it for 3 weeks. I tried to cancel the order due to this deceptive practice and they refused. Their prices are two or three times higher than everywhere else I found but I ordered from them because they said they were in the US and I knew I would get it quicker. I'm not looking to wait 3 weeks to receive a battery. I would have just ordered it from China at the cheaper price myself had they not been deceptive. Do not order from this company!

I had a very difficult battery and electrical problem with my RV which they went out of their way to resolve. They always have solutions for my other smaller battery problems i.e. cell phone, garage door remotes, and garden tractor batteries. Their prices are very comparable to others in their line of work.
