The first few times we called life care their EMT's were great i have NO issues with them but 2…read moredays ago we had to call them for a NONemergancy.When we called for the ambulance we asked do we tell you where we want him to go? they told us NO tell the driver. So when the ambulance "team" got there they asked us where do you want us to take him? I said Hillsdale. The male stated well that aint gunna happen, then i said again I want him to go to Hillsdale he turned his back on me walked out of the room saying NOT gunna happen then he turned directly around came back into the room and proceeded to LIE to me saying Hillsdale is full so is kalamazoo and marshall. So I told dad if they dump you anyplace other than Hillsdale you tell them you want to be seen in Hillsdale. As i was telling dad for the 3rd time (he has memory problems) The male raised his arm in the air with his thumb up yelling at me "OK !OK! WE GOT IT! WE GOT IT! I told him to STFU while watching him drop the blanket on the wet ground then put it over dad. The girl all she could do was giggle spuring the male on. So if the male had it as he said WHY DID THEY DUMP DAD OFF AT PROMEDICA? I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW SINCE IT WAS NONEMERGANCY HE WAS HAVING NO CHEST PAINS AND HE WASNT COMING FROM A NURSING HOME? Also Ive been told on MANY occasions that life care has nonemergency transport to doctor appointments Why did the girl i talked to tell me there is no vans or ambulances here that do that? Im sure life care is gunna charge dad for those 2 emt's LAZINESS /NEGLEGENCE even though they did the bare minimum guess they thought sitting outside of westside shell was better than doing their job.those 2 are a liability maybe you should see to hiring older people (like the ones that came the first 3 times) because those young ones are TERRIBLE! AWEFUL!!!! when my grandma fell and broke her hip it took over two hours for an ambulance to come…read moreto our house. When they got there they seemed annoyed about having to come. The emts picked her up and put her on their stretcher without giving her any pain medicine. The doctor at the hospital said that the way they mover her caused her hip to break even worse. If I ever have to call 911 again I will ask for a different company even if I have to wait.
