In addition to the absinthe, which I absolutely had to get, I also ordered a gin flight. My server, John, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The patrons there were all friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable and they had plenty of swag. I bought a tiny bottle of absinthe and a sweatshirt, so I would have fond memories of that fine establishment every time I wore it.

He replied to my inquiry that they have been in business since 2018. He gave us the rundown of all the featured spirits: vodkas, rums, whiskeys, and liqueurs. The Homie selected 3 whiskeys & 3 liqueurs to sample. I selected all five whiskeys and the coffee liqueur. While we sat outside for our tasting, we also saw a deer and osprey. I ended up buying a 375 mL bottle of the Rhubarb Elderberry liqueur to take home. The Homie and a friend also visited today (3/20/25) and purchased some gin for a family member.
