One said that my situation was too complicated and the other said that they had never heard of my situation and that the cost would be too much for them to spend the time researching to find an answer for me. So, I am so fortunate to have found Jill! I called her, explained the basics and she asked me to come in to discuss. I felt total relief! It was almost as if she was excited at the challenge! After explaining the entire situation and answering her GREAT questions, she said no problem. She didn't charge any extra and handled everything. Since then, every year, she has all of my info and makes filing my taxes so simple! 2 years ago I moved to another state and thought that I would have to find someone else. But she told me that she could do a little research (no charge) and continue to take care of me. So now, she works with me and still files my taxes. She is also available all year long to answer my ongoing questions...and she charges NOTHING! That is so valuable as with her on the spot guidance, I don't have to make a tax "error" and then try to figure out how to correct it. Who does that? Jill does! Her fee is extremely reasonable for all of the work that she does and the support that she offers.
