I contacted Baird's Tree Service and within 5 minutes I received a return call from Matt Baird. Matt indicated he would be at my home first thing the next morning........and he was true to his word. This is the most professional, courteous, clean and up to date with state of the art equipment I have ever had do work for me. I realize now that I should have specified more clearly what size of wood I needed when I placed my order and perhaps this all could have been avoided. It also could have been that they are running their splitting machine too fast and some larger pieces are not getting split correctly.At any rate I think they are a good company despite my not so perfect ordeal.
