Marty and his crew are true professionals who take pride in their work, and who work together like a well-oiled machine. Everything was done according to the city's rules and regulations, nothing was rushed, no corners were cut, all necessary permits were obtained, and the modifications I asked for were incorporated into my 16' by 24' garage. They built the garage, installed the garage doors, vinyl sided it, and put the roof and shingles on. They even took the extra step to put up vinyl electrical cover caps for my carriage lights and flood lights. All of his jobs have problems: 1 - Floor: He didn't leave any gap (1/4 inch for expansion is standard) from the walls. There was a water leak which I notified him about, he finished the job and didn't check. I found there was still water everywhere after a week... Good thing I decided to redo the floor. 2 - Stairs: I was going to redo the stairs later anyway since the finish wasn't as nice as I hoped. After using it for a day; I almost tripped on the nose trim. It was a loose and I found most of them were loose and poorly finished. 3 - Walls: I was actually okay with this job and he was supposed to prep the wall for painting. After 3 coats of paint, the wall looks ugly due to poor or no prepping... I also paid him to build a fence, he acted like he was confident but he clearly lacked tools and knowledge. It was installed way too high and I told him it wasn't going to pass the permit inspection. He swore up and down this was okay and it failed... I still paid him and asked him to take the fence down but he ghosted me.
