Considering I'm in another part of the country, it's challenging to go with anyone out of the blue. Therefore, it's the only reason I have tried to reach Mr. Beckwith twice but to no avail. I was promised the second time around that I would most certainly receive a phone call. It's been approximately a month and no one has bothered to respond back to either call. At the very least, if they didn't want to take on my case, someone from the firm could have the common decency to let me know they were too busy or simply not interested. Or, perhaps they could have called back with a recommendation to an esteemed colleague who actually had time to focus on a new case. Mr. Beckwith worked for the aforementioned attorney GRATIS. It's mind boggling he and/or his firm can't be bothered to pick up the phone for a potential paying client. Not only is this unprofessional, but it is rude, discourteous, and arrogant. How can you trust someone like this to handle your case? The attorney who recommended him absolutely concurs - their lack of care and concern is inexcusable. In fact, he finds it quite shocking and will probably never recommend them to anyone ever again. Here's a little Business 101 - most business is word of mouth. But it was worth it. The things that the Wilson Law Firm group may have seemed excess but, if you follow their recommendations to the last dot, you are doing yourself a favor. If you're scared of the fee, unwilling to fill out a lot of paperwork or completing a lot of voluntary pre-requisites by the time of your court day, then turn away. Otherwise, I will never regret using Wilson Law Firm and God forbid I ever get in trouble but if I need another traffic lawyer for serious offenses I will use them again without hesitation! I was charged with reckless driving and eluding an officer on my sport-bike. It may have helped a little that I was respectful to the officer when they caught up to me and arrested me.
