I wasn't given any communication since then I would never do business with this company again. This is scam and will steal your money and ruin your entire party.

The staff at the pro shop I found to be friendly and helpful. I feel bad that I can't remember their names but I had short conversations with them and they gave me pointers which I was grateful for. The driving range is nice, well lit, comfy and they even have fans and tables at each bay which was nice. I had friendly chit chat with neighbors in the other bay here and there while taking my shots. The only reason I can't give more than 3 stars is because both visits I was never waited on or helped by the waitresses. I noticed that and it was disappointing. Before you ask me why I didn't just call someone over, I noticed that during both visits, I was skipped over. The last visit, the friendly lady at the pro shop told me to get set up and someone will be there shortly to get my drink order. I saw a waitress come out and help the family at the end, walk past my bay, assist the two guys next to me and the two young ladies having a lesson at the other end. I was wearing argyle. Sometimes you think something isn't deliberately happening, but the next time you stand and actually watch it happen. So I quietly finished my bucket and left. I will fairly give three stars based on my experiences with the staff in the pro shop and using the range b/c it really is a lovely setup. I'm not sure if I want to return but it doesn't discourage me from the game.

Today, we brought our Mom to Crafted Scent Bar in Mt Dora for a Candle making experience to…read morecelebrate her birthday. This business has great reviews on other sights and we really really loved this. We decided to do this while we were at lunch and we booked the 3pm session. All 5 of us got to pick from a huge selection of scents and we were allowed to combine as many scents as we wanted to use. There are several selections we could choose from to make at different price points and we all chose the middle price point option to create 10 Oz candles (1 each). The owners were present to help guide us in choosing what scents may complement each other. We were given the glass jars that we chose along with a wick to stick into the jar. After smelling the different scent samples that we were interested in and made our selections, we wrote them down on a card. The owner then brought us each of the scents we chose in individual bottles. We were also given beakers and small scales. We were then instructed how much total weight in scent that we needed to blend. For example, I chose 3 scents to blend, so I started out adding a few drops of each scent into the beaker and judged how much more of each scent to add based upon the smell. The more I added, the better it smelled. I blended Orange Blossom, Plumeria and Gardenia together. Once we had the proper weight in scent mixed, we were each given a pitcher of melted wax and a stick. We were directed to pour all of or beaker of blended scents into the melted wax and stir. Once we had thoroughly mixed our scents into the wax, it was then time to pour the now scented wax into the selected candle jars. The owner then gave each of us a tool to help keep the wick straight in the candle jar while our candles solidified. While they were solidifying, we walked down the street into some of the other shops. We returned a little more than an hour later to pick up our mostly solidified candles to take home with us. You are welcome to bring your own drinks with you. The shop sells already made candles and scents, tshirts, candle and tart accessories etc. the owner and staff (her Mom) are wonderful and enjoyable to work with. Our family really enjoyed this whole experience and recommend this for your family, your work team, friend group, church group, etc. we will most likely do this again and will bring friends to experience this with. All 5 of us chose the same price level making a 10 Oz candle in a beautiful colored glass container with wood lids at ($42 each). Yes you can buy candles fir less money, yes you can choose a less expensive price point....we really enjoyed the experience and the end products we created in their beautiful colored glass jars...and most importantly Mom enjoyed this as a Happy Birthday activity with her two adult kids and our husbands. BUYER BEWARE. We were having a fine time working with Anand to create our wedding mandap decor…read moreuntil simple verbiage in his liability insurance needed to be changed. This was standard verbiage every other 3rd party vendor we worked with had no problem changing for our venue, but per his own "legal counsel" he could not change the verbiage. This was a contract with a large hotel venue and I'm assuming he's never worked with larger clients and as a result was not prepared to offer the correct liability insurance. He kept saying this is "not standard" when literally every other person we were working with said it was.. He then turned on us and accused me and my husband for not properly preparing him to work with our venue. How are we supposed to know what type of legal documents he is supposed to provide as a vendor? That is quite literally the job of the vendor to figure out, and again this tells me he's never worked with larger clients. In addition, he knew at signing which hotel we would be working with and it is his job as a vendor to ensure he is prepared to handle an event at the venue in the signed contract. He ended up wanting us to sign a form that essentially put all the blame on me and my husband if anything at all went wrong with the mandap structure as well as allow him to cancel at ANY time up until the wedding. Obviously, we could not sign this and found another mandap vendor who could change the verbiage and provide quality services. This back and forth about the insurance verbiage went on for months and Anand was a poor communicator with me, my husband, my wedding planner, and my venue's event coordinator. It was 3 weeks before the wedding when he decided to give us an ultimatum causing me significant stress as a bride to find a new vendor. We dropped him as a vendor due to his lack of service and reliability, not due to the changes in weather as he may claim. I cannot stress enough that this company is not prepared to work on larger venues or provide any type of liability insurances. You might be able to rent a few chairs or decor items from them, but save yourself the stress and hassle, and spend a little money to get a better vendor for your wedding. It should also be noted this is the first review in YEARS he has received which is suspicious. He also claims that we asked for a "custom mandap" when there is nothing truly custom on our mandap. As with every decorator there are different items and ways to set things up, but we did not specifically have him craft anything that he cannot reuse. He has already posted the mandap on his website and will be able to reuse every material that was "custom." Therefore, there was no loss of business, but he attempted to charge us thousands for this work. We adhered to the cancellation policy in the poorly written contract and cancelled our agreement as it is clearly stated and forfeited our deposit.
