I then spoke with several other lawyers who offered conflicting guidance about the need for a birth certificate / NABC, which left me even more confused and discouraged. During my initial free consultation with Anish, he clearly explained that neither a birth certificate nor an NABC was required for my elderly mother and provided supporting documentation on the reciprocity rule. This immediately reassured me that I was working with someone who relied on facts, data, and expertise rather than assumptions. Throughout the process, Anish and his team were consistently professional, responsive, and thorough. The intake process was seamless through their online portal, and Anish demonstrated exceptional patience in answering all my questions. I always received prompt replies--often within minutes--and clear, step-by-step instructions at every stage. The applications were filed with USCIS without delay, and my mother received her green card within just a few months. I am deeply grateful for Anish's guidance and professionalism. His expertise made what once seemed impossible a smooth and successful experience.

Firstly, he was not at all responsive from the beginning, I had to make several calls before I could even get an email response. It goes without saying how important it is to be in constant contact with the team considering how complicated these cases are and how much work is required. Secondly, he wasn't thorough with the whole application process, I was told not to make the case too technical and we ended up getting RFE on 3 different prongs and the application eventually got rejected. Looking back, I realize we should have provided more evidence, which was available, the first time around. I was completely misguided. Also, I felt like I was doing all the work and all he did was write a cover letter. He did eventually offered to file another petition for no charge but we had to go for a non-premium option and it has cost me a significant amount of time and money. Hasan was also away for a while, so we didn't have enough guidance from the team. They are also very short staffed and seem to only care about getting new clients rather than providing good service for paying clients. I never got their undivided attention. If they cannot take on the workload, they shouldn't take on new clients. All in all, I wouldn't recommend them for such cases as I feel they don't have the experience or the bandwidth required to work on such cases to get them approved.

Hasan was knowledgeable and responded to clarifications (emails and in person) promptly and clearly. His team (Tamara & Suneetha) helped collect our details and prepared the case to be filed. My review is long overdue but better late than never!…read more We started working with Tricia Wang 7 years ago. At first glance of all the immigration forms, hoops to jump, and fees to pay I knew I needed help. I was looking for someone who would basically do all the paperwork for me without costing me an Audi and my kidney. I found Tricia Wang's office through some google-fu and I am so extremely glad I did. I don't remember exactly how much it cost anymore but it was around 3500$ to get everything done, including govt fees (cost may have changed since it was so long ago). Appointments were prompt and there was no wait time. They were very informative and organized. Given applying for my Green Card was pretty straight forward, they basically knew exactly what needed to be done. Judy, Tricia's assistant, is especially helpful. Shes patient and will help you with any issues that come up. Basically, they gave me a list of papers I needed to bring in and they do everything else. I just have to show up to the interviews. They even tell you tips and tricks to make the interviews go quickly and smoothly. Like bring your baby or they hand you photocopies of all the papers. I liked their service so much that I even got my mom and sibling's green cards through Tricia Wang, 5 years after mine. They told us to come back in a few months to optimize GC approval and even update us on wait times. I also referred my friend who told me were a little disappointed. But if you compare Tricia Wang's fees to that of other lawyers' Tricia is a bargain deal. Basically, they we're expecting the services of a 15k lawyer for the price of 4k. If you are on the fence whether to go with an immigration lawyer, I highly recommend you go with one. My GC application went so smoothly, I even received mine sooner than the friend who began application before me. They also got me other things I needed like travel permit, work permit, and SSN. Go for a consultation and see for yourself. Tricia's office won't strong arm you into working with her during your first visit.
