But I haven't been able to get in contact with them by me calling them only them calling me. There's supposed to be a system allowing for outside people to talk to patients but it's horrible disorganized and sloppy. I was left on a line listening to workers talk and move around the phone while no one talked to me or told me what was happening. All I can really do is worry from the outside and hope my significant other calls when they can

The reason I put three stars is for the communication side of things. Prescriptions and call backs are hard to get. If you can get through calling them 20xs and be polite you can get what you need. I love the place though.
