We filed our Notice of Appearance in both matters and Mr. Satterfield had multiple conversations with the Prosecutor's Office trying to come to an agreement that would not require you both to appear. Unfortunately, that never happened and the court set the Pre-Trial date that was subsequently missed by both yourself and Mr. E which led to the issuance of the bench warrants." Sutterfield failed to notify us that we had a trial date so bench warrants were issued. We then had to pay bail bonds. They then sent us to collections for refusing to pay after we hired another competent attorney for obvious reasons. These guys are the low of the low and should be disbarred.

It turns out she was serving this Charles guy court paperwork and I discovered later that she had "served" or left the papers on my porch.It was very clear she didn't assume I was Charles and this was the correct spot I didn't know she was a process server until couple hours later when I went outside. Very inappropriate to dump legal papers on any old porch and then report the person had been served.Its illegal. To make matters worse I called that tiny little legal office to let them know about the mistake and was met with hostility and a lack of caring they didn't serve the person but have it reported as if they had.Pathetic. I thought about it but instead I decided to look for one lawyer with good ratings in the area and I found Garguile Traffic lawyers as one of the best ones. I called them and everything went fast and smooth, easy process through email , didn't have to go in person . I got court date which I didn't need to attend at all and I got my ticket dismissed. I am glad the ticket will stay out of my record and my insurance rate won't be affected.

That…read morepart is fine and my own fault, but this dragged out for months (also fine and not their fault) and there was very little communication from the firm. After the initial court date was set, they also never updated me to get my side of the story. Possibly that's normal as there was nothing I could say to help, but overall I felt like I had to chase down every update from them over the course of about six months. The communication I did get was usually automated and not relevant to me. Only when I called would I get a real explanation of what I needed to do. Each time I called, I had to leave a message with the front desk, wait for a call back, and call back again in a few days to do it again before getting to talk to someone who could help. I also was never provided the proof of my payment to the court, which I had to contact them several times for. If they can get you off a technicality, then this process is probably worth it, but if your case goes beyond that, it felt a little a tiring. They're definitely a high-volume firm and not geared for personal service, and I guess the price reflects that, but know what to expect. All that said, everyone I can into contact with was very friendly and willing to help. They were very pleasant to work with, just wish I didn't have to contact them so much.
