The person who answered the phone was so incredibly rude I can't imagine how these people stay in business. I was told very rudely "we don't do phone consultations" I was told that I had to make an appointment to go in and speak with someone. Seeing as that I live 5 hours away by car I asked if a phone call would not be available. I asked if it was because of legal reasons as to why I cannot do a phone consultation and again she just laughed at me sarcastically and said "we don't' do that, our attorney's are very busy so you would need to come in." so apparently they are too busy to talk on the phone but not to busy for me to be standing there?? What logic is this? For someone filing bankruptcy this is a sensitive, embarrassing, and emotionally devastating situation, the woman was so incredibly rude I could not believe it. She then snarkely asked if she could answer any questions and I said well I have never filed bankruptcy so I need to know what it will take, how much it will, cost and what I need to do, and she listed off things I need to bring so fast that I got one item written down. When she said that I needed to bring income and I told her that I haven't been working she laughed at me and said well how am I paying bills and where do I live, I told her that we just moved in with my in-laws and she laughed at me. Bankruptcy is hitting an ultimate low my husband and I lost a business and all of our possessions we are seeking an attorney for help during the most difficult time and that was how we are greeted. I started to tell her that her attitude was very rude for such a sensitive thing and she said "well im hanging up now" and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and she said no, she is the only one in the office and that the attorneys don't have voicemail. I would NOT RECOMMEND this firm AT AL!!! IF this is who they feel confident in running their business and answering and greeting their customers then I would stay as far away from this firm as possible, because this is the level of service I can expect for my money. Needless to say I will be contacting a different firm and working with someone who can hire people who understand how to talk to people. It was very apparent this women hated her job and could care less if the attorneys received business. Such a pitty. I have to give this 1 star i would give no stars if I could.

Angove lied to me, they told me someone had fraudulently filed my taxes and there was nothing they could do. Thats true, had it really been a fraudulent case, but it wasn't. The woman flat out lied to my face because they didn't want to work on any more taxes for the 2022 season. Instead of being honest, she led me to believe all this garbage. I went to a lot of trouble trying to protect myself with the credit bureaus and lifelock, etc. I could have been saved a lot of hassle and on top of that, my taxes ended up having NOT been filed for 2022 and TODAY I find out I have penalties because of Angove's LIE. I'm disgusted by the lack of integrity on their part. We have done business with this outfit since they were in the old building behind Twinstar- were talking in the ballpark of 20-25 years. Angove has lost our business for good. I will tell everyone I know, and those that I don't, just what happened. I have NO problem putting my name to this because, this is a fact of what happened. there will be no remedying the issue unless Angove wants to pay the penalty to the IRS. which of course they won't. All I can say is this, if they're dishonest in small ways, what else are they doing?? I will periodically check on this review and update if necessary. I'm not letting this go.

I was a bit nervous going to a satellite tv service because several years ago we were with DirecTv and thought we would never change until our 5th year with them when the renter neighbor next door installed a DirecTv dish that completely blocked our signal and the technician there refused to move the dish they just installed, they wanted to move ours. That day, they lost of customer for good. We went back to cable which we hated but not going back to a company that turn their backs on us after 5 years (the renter was evicted), and new homeowner went with cable so DirecTv lost 2 customers within 5 months of time. I kept getting offers from DirecTv over the years but they gave us a bad taste of their customer service we wouldn't want to risk them again. I called and spoke to Scott at Sky Systems and even though it was almost closing time for him he spent over the time getting my husband and I signed up and set up for an install 2 days later.
