In a very short time like the next week, the gas kid would not close and then the same day, the car would not go into park. I had called the service department to let them know about the gas lid and then whenever I could not put it in the park.....I could get no service person to answer the telephone which made me very upset. The company did take. care of the gas lid and the parking buttonbut weeks later the car went from automatic into manual as my husband is driving down the road and then the next week it does it for me, which made me feel very unsafe about this car as we were going to travel across the country with . Also the button broke for rolling the window up and down passenger side window!!!! REALLY! I Took it back to the and they said it was our fault and we must've accidentally touched a button that caused this problem from slipping from automatic to manual. We never touched any as we were driving we were driving and keeping our eyes on the road. Then I wanted to trade for another vehicle of which it took forever to get any kind of value for this car I just purchased from them not too long before. Yes I lost everything with my trade in car and MORE! If you are deciding to go to this place of business, I'd be very very skeptical and be very aware of what you are getting into. The Ford Company put a extended 10 year warranty on the power steering cause they knew they had an issue. The power steering completely went out (in year 11) and now Reineke Tiffin Ford wants to fix it for $2,650. If they would of did the right thing 3 yrs ago it was covered under extended warranty. The owner of this business sold my sister a car that was unfit to drive. Her safety and that of…read moreothers was put at risk. My sister was sold a 2003 Ford Focus from this dealership. She took it to a local mechanic shop to get it's first oil change and when they put it up on the lift, they noticed the entire subframe was rusted through, the car was out of alignment and the radiator was on the verge of falling out. Had she continued to drive this vehicle, she no doubt would have been in a serious, maybe fatal accident due to failure of the subframe. She sent a certified letter to the owner of Integrity asking him to make this right. He signed for the letter, but never contacted her afterward. We are very aware of what the concept of buying "As Is" means, however, if "as is" means best of luck, I hope you don't die, than I don't think this gentleman should be able to continue to sell vehicles unless he improves his practices. Thanks to Facebook, we have heard several similar stories stemming from the same dealership. We are not willing to be silent about it. My sister is paying on a loan for a car she cannot drive.

He told me the problem was fixed and left, but shortly afterward the vehicle began leaking fluid again in two different locations. I contacted him immediately, but he did not return to inspect the issue or provide me with a written estimate, receipt, or documentation for the work performed. He had stated that his work came with a 90 warranty, but he did not follow through on returning to look at the issue after I reached out. I had to move the vehicle to a public parking area because the leak continued and the transmission fluid level was extremely low afterward. This was my experience, and I'm sharing it so others can make an informed decision.
