I purchased a supposedly certified 2020 vehicle from Coppus motors. This was a high dollar vehicle, and I expected it to run well and all buttons and everything to work. In a very short time like the next week, the gas kid would not close and then the same day, the car would not go into park. I had called the service department to let them know about the gas lid and then whenever I could not put it in the park.....I could get no service person to answer the telephone which made me very upset. The company did take. care of the gas lid and the parking buttonbut weeks later the car went from automatic into manual as my husband is driving down the road and then the next week it does it for me, which made me feel very unsafe about this car as we were going to travel across the country with . Also the button broke for rolling the window up and down passenger side window!!!! REALLY! I Took it back to the and they said it was our fault and we must've accidentally touched a button that caused this problem from slipping from automatic to manual. We never touched any as we were driving we were driving and keeping our eyes on the road. Then I wanted to trade for another vehicle of which it took forever to get any kind of value for this car I just purchased from them not too long before. Yes I lost everything with my trade in car and MORE! If you are deciding to go to this place of business, I'd be very very skeptical and be very aware of what you are getting into. I took my restored Lincoln Town Car in to have it detailed...they waxed over grime. . I took it back and they used a Klay Bar. But only did the hood...plus they broke a small piece of plastic on the door. Plus inside windows were not done. I went to Eclyps and they did a great job. I purchased a used truck from them, didn't have the truck more than a week, & had the front axel come apart while driving, luckily no accident was caused. But it happened because their certified mechanics installed the wrong parts. Which caused 5k dollars worth of damage, & possibly more if the differential is now screwed up. Instead of standing behind their work, & repairing the damage, they want to replace the wrong parts they originally installed, leaving the rest for me to cover an be stuck dealing with. I had possession of the truck for 6 days, they have now had it back at their shop for 6 days, & have fixed absolutely nothing. I've just been without a vehicle this whole time, never once offered a loaner, or anything, not to mention, I requested upper level managers to call me from the get go, & at this point, they still haven't. The lack of professionalism, care for their customers, & skill of their mechanics, is absolutely non existent, and ridiculous. This is by far the worst encounter with a dealership in my life, & still have no resolution to this whole ordeal. read more

Beware!!!By far worst Mercedes' dealer I've ever walked into. Starting from the owner "John" going down to his sales rep manager.i am from California. I came in a little over 5am dropped off by the tow truck, I had drove my sprinter into a snow ditch due to weather conditions. This was the only dealer in town the was close to my accident. I show up early to wait for them to open. Once they show up "sales manager walks over to my sprinter Forcefully opened my driver side door, Did damage the door. Due to him forcing it open since the fender was pushing up against the edge of my driver side door. The he jokingly tells me to tell my insurance that the sales rep at Coppus Mercedes' did that damage, like if I was in a happy mood to laugh and joke about what he did to my door. Then less then 20 min later, Mr top shot"John" the owner pulls up on his brand new Dodge Ram And asked me to gtfo' the way w my sprinter van. Mind you I drive a Mercedes' sprinter and was there parked for them to open and be able to service my sprinter. So then "John" goes to say that "they don't F****** service crashed vehicles " And to F***** park away from the Parkin lot" because I was blocking parking space. I felt that was Very unprofessional coming from the actual business owner let alone his manager. There was another employee I believe was also very disrespectful, told me I was "F****** asked out"about the situation w the door' I then went and told him that he had nothing to tell me since he wasn't the one that damage my door. Wish I knew his name so I can let you guys know. None the less I expected to get my sprinter serviced And THESE guys let me down. I understand they didn't have any technicians on site due to "lever 3" weather warning But still shouldn't ask a customer to "gtfo" of there parking lot. Mind you I've worked at Mercedes' Benz of Long Beach in the past years And never have I ever seen any customer be treated the way "Coppus motors" spoke and treated me as a Mercedes' customer. It's disappointing none the less I took my business else where to "Vin Devers autohaus of Sylvania". By far they have shown professionalism and my vehicle will start to get worked on first thing Monday morning thanks to "Steven" at service department great guy! read more

I don't understand all of the superior customer service advertisements from this company. I have called three times to ask a simple question about upgrading the navi system on my GLK 350. Despite the promises, I have yet to receive a return phone call with the information I need. It is one thing to be nice on the phone, but quite another to actually give an answer. read more

In every instance I have found them to be very helpful and dedicated in every area of the dealership. I called and emailed to sales person Rodney Cramer with Coppus Motors and asked estimated cost and invoice for a used Mercedes but he did not send me the information. I was willing to fly from VA to buy the car. read more

We have purchased almost all of our Dodge vehicles here, both new and used. Seven in total, 2 of which were used. We have received great service from most everyone on their staff. The only exceptions were when my husband was looking for a white Dodge Ram 3500 and the sales person did not make an effort to find one. Paul Cole Motors had a staff member eager to find one for us. This is the only Dodge that we have purchased in the past 8 years that was not from Coppus. And when the owner got wind of this, he did everything he could to win us back. On the other occasion of questionable service, we decided to purchase one of their loaner cars for a winter vehicle and were told that all vehicle maintenance was up to par and within weeks of this purchase, the transmission was noted to acting up. The repairs were going to be hundreds of dollars and we had to go to the "top" so to speak in order for the service manager to make it right. All was made right for us and this is what makes this establishment so great. The owner listens. read more

We have bought Cars and Vans from Coppus Motors for more than twenty years buying 6 new vehicles and 3 used vehicles, and because of our great relationship our children and brother now buy from Coppus Motors. We just bought a 2016 Dodge Journey from Ron White, who tells it like it is and got us a super deal, Ron let us try out three different vehicles and we really liked all three (Jeep Cherokee, Van, and the Dodge Journey). Ron knew everything we needed to know about all the vehicles and even updated me on the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought three years earlier from Coppus. We have four Coppus vehicles setting in our driveway right now and love everything about them. We have used their serviced department many times and gotten great service from them. Coppus Motors is the real deal and Whitey is a great salesman. read more
