Made a personal visit to American a month before the wedding to confirm the reservation, all good. 12 days prior to the wedding, I received a call from Zip, the rental boy, informing me that the van was overbooked and I was not going to have the van I reserved for my wedding reception. I was beyond upset and disappointed with this, and made this known to Zip. Thankfully I was able to secure a full size van from a different rental agency. Later, the dealership owner called and apologized for the incident. She told me that the van would now be available for me, and was gracious enough to offer at no cost. I'm sorry....too little, too late....don't want or need any other surprises.

Baumann Chevrolet has been very accommodating with exceptional service that is timely, cost effective, and professional completed. On another instance, my BMW X5 hit a deer. Again, no BMW dealer here on the Island. Baumann put the vehicle up on their hoist and did a complete examination of the undercarriage for any damage. Fortunately, there was none. My fee for this: $0.00. I think their Service Department does a good job and sincerely tries to accommodate their customers.

Took my finances car here because we had squirrels chew through her wiring harness, also the place we bought it from. Anyways, car sat in the shop for over a month before we heard any news on when the part would come in, told they needed to order an entire harness, and gave us news that it wouldn't be in until November. Claimed there were no connectors to rewire the harness anywhere so we had to wait. Took the car back and sent it over to Fredericktown Chevrolet, where they infact had the connectors in stock, and the car is now ready to be picked up 2 days later for a fraction of the price we got quoted from steinle. The absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life involving customer service and overall work being completed. Also mentioned before, we purchased the vehicle from here and that was a horrible experience as well. Salesman made absolutely 0 attempts to start a conversation with us, sat on his phone while paperwork was being done. Entire process took well over 3+ hours. Bought the car late January, have had the car 7 months, probably have been able to drive it maybe 4 of those months because it has been in the shop with constant issues. Horrible experience, do not recommend unless you legitimately hate money.

The facts are: (1)This seller deposited my $8,980.00 on July 10, 2023, and then threw a wrecked car with rusty undercarriage to me before we agreed on the last inspection of the purchase; (2) Seller forged the signature of the bill of sale; (3) Seller criminally manufactured the phone messages that stated for the last video inspection as "no need"; (4) Seller still kept the car title after he deposited my money nearly 5 months. I brought all aforementioned facts to Meade Motorcars, but the owner, Brad Meade, refused to accept his wrecked car back and refused to refund my money. Brad Meade and his Meade Motorcars LLC are still own this car now. NEVER buy a car from this Meade Motorcars/Brad Meade.
