The front desk associate was pleasant but told me it would be a two hour wait. I had my 8 ur old with me and went to get her some McDonald's and came back and a different mechanic took my truck to the back set it up on the lift (which was totally unnecessary) had my daughter and I in the lobby over an hour then tried to say I need this and that ( 4 new tires, etc) I know this ALREADY. It's a 2014 Jeep Compass. I actually need a new vehicle but FOR NOW all I need is A PLUG. He hands me some paperwork saying $629 or something like that for 4 tires etc. etc. and DIDNT even plug my tire. Left the screw in the tire and there's and a sign saying they "PLUG TIRES" etc. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated been there all that time for NOTHING. Went down the street to UNIROYAL and Chase plugged my tire in literally 2 minutes!! THANK GOD for UNIROYAL!!! Firestone at 800 W. I bring my car back Monday morning for them to tell me they don't have the tires and told me they would arrive by noon and they would call me when they come in. 2pm rolls by and I call them and they told me the tires are in, but they never called me like they said they would. It took them almost three hours to swap out the tires and check my alignment. I paid and left and made it 100 feet down the road before realizing my alignment is so far off I have to turn my wheel a few inches to the right just to have my car travel straight. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
