Also mentioned before, we purchased the vehicle from here and that was a horrible experience as well. Said they would have it done by the following Wednesday. Wednesday comes, no car, no call. Friday we called to check on it said they be were still working on it and they would have it ready by Monday. Monday evening still no car and no call. Wednesday afternoon. No car, no calls. Thursday morning we called and asked what the problem was and they said they were just taking it down off the lift. Paid for their services almost $2000. Get the car back and it's leaking power steering fluid and the boots are knocked off of the CV joint and they claim they didn't touch it. And won't fix it. Made a personal visit to American a month before the wedding to confirm the reservation, all good. 12 days prior to the wedding, I received a call from Zip, the rental boy, informing me that the van was overbooked and I was not going to have the van I reserved for my wedding reception. I was beyond upset and disappointed with this, and made this known to Zip. Thankfully I was able to secure a full size van from a different rental agency. Later, the dealership owner called and apologized for the incident. She told me that the van would now be available for me, and was gracious enough to offer at no cost. I'm sorry....too little, too late....don't want or need any other surprises.
