Hayden, my sales rep persuaded the delivery driver to go back to the factory and get a second load that same day so my trailer could come. It was 3:00 by the time it arrived but it was beautiful. Meanwhile the staff were very accommodating and gave me a T shirt and some free merchandise even though none of this was their fault. The person working the counter said he would get his best person on the job, let's call her Maddy Piedmont. Maddy was awesome. Friendly, smart, grounded, and helpful. More importantly, she knows her stuff. Afterwards, paying the dreaded bill was a shock. I was expecting a kick to the groin tab, but the $80 charge for parts and labor was more than fair.
