A few days later when I went to pick up the unit I had purchased I was really concerned about things not working as they could not connect power and water to the unit for me to check everything before purchasing the unit. At pick up they did have power and water connected so I could verify that everything worked. They also had gave the unit a deep cleaning and it looked great. They even had replaced the old power tongue jack with a brand new one and put 2 brand new deep cycle batteries on the unit. After reading all the reviews I was pretty shocked, they really took care of me when it was all said and done.

Finance guy was a typical weasel about sneaking in fees, gap, and warranty. They charged $3k in fees and still dont do everything. I finally went up to get the camper and there were cob webs on the lights, stains on the walls and curtains-obviously not cleaned very well. They charged me $300 to install a water filtration system when i had simply asked for a hose filter. Whatever techs they had did a 3rd grade art level job of the lap sealer on the roof, someone ran over the 7pin cord and that needed to be replaced. They said they would redo any seals on the outside that were worn-there were multiple chunks missing, bubbles, overspray of caulk, etc. Trust all the reviews here and save yourself a terrible headache. I dropped my camper off for warranty repairs -- for the third time -- in February and picked it up five months later with many of the same issues unresolved... and new damages added. I've owned this RV for just one year, and the service center had it for 7 months total across 3 visits. That's unacceptable. Quality Control = Nonexistent * Scratches on the interior trim and slide surrounds * Child-level caulking job * Trim installed at awkward angles, loaded with visible nail gun marks * Mismatched crayon color sticks to hide damage * Broken glass shards, nails, staples under the slide * Broken main slide window (which they tried to hide at first) * Improperly installed seals -- critical for 4-season use * Sloppy electrical work with wires flopping around Instead of making proper bracket adjustments, they shoved in shims to prop up the slide. Even the reclining couch was reinstalled so poorly, it no longer functions properly. Poor Communication & Unprofessionalism When I pointed out their mistakes, I was met with anger and defensiveness. They actually said "It's just a camper." NO -- it's our investment, our family's time, our memories. Insurance company estimage is for $5800 in visible damages caused by Camp Rite in Loganville. The Insurance company won't cover damages caused by poor workmanship/craftsmanship.
