We installed a new porcelain toilet in a camping world in Florida. On our way to the Blue Ridge…read moreMountains, the toilet started leaking (not fun). We called ahead to explain the situation, and they told us to stop by so they could take care of it. Dominic took care of us, and they fixed the toilet and completed a 21-point inspection on the travel trailer. We didn't have to pay, as it was covered under their warranty. We were out in less than 2 hours. Great people and great service. Highly recommended.

Bought a brand new 2025 forest river vibe, in less than a year one thing after another breaking on…read moreit. Take it in to be repaired under the warranty and it took 4 months of them lying, claiming it would be done the next day, having Dominic tell us repeatedly it will be done tomorrow then I'd call the next day and they have no work order, I kid you not this went on for 3 months, finally had to send a certified letter threatening them and miraculously, the parts came in only to be lied to more and pushed aside again and again. Told them everything wrong with it when I dropped it off only for them to act surprised when I mentioned the hot water heater. That added another month, I've never dealt with so many unprofessional liars in one establishment. Not one person in the building knows what's going on or who's fault it is but all assure me it's not on them it's the other guys fault, the only thing these people are on the same page about is lying and taking no accountability. Such a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, if your looking to buy a camper, go anywhere but here because, I promise you, the sardine can they sell you, will break and you will wait months for them to fix it, they will lie to you and not one person in there will know what's going on with your camper while they have it. 4 months wasted, 4 months we could've been enjoying the spring and beautiful weather. Absolutely disgraceful place of business.

Connected with the salesman named Johnny and he was great to work with!!! We decided on a 6x12 and…read morethe color was perfect. I was very hesitant since the yelp reviews were really bad, but all the trailers I saw elsewhere were horrible. If you buy from them I would highly recommend the tire warranty and checking all the locks and knobs before you leave. The door lock came off when I tried to open it before we left and checked everything. They fixed it on the spot and provided a new key, but image if we drove it home and found out... I would recommend them and the process went rather smoothly.

Shitty customer after sale service:…read more I purchased a $26,000 trailer from WOW Cargo Trailers about 2 1/2 years ago. I am the original owner and have all of my sales receipts and proof of ownership. Unfortunately, I lost the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin/MSO and needed help getting a replacement. I contacted the manufacturer directly in Mexico and was given the direct U.S. cell phone number for the correct person who could issue a replacement MSO. I was told all WOW needed to do was make one phone call to confirm/authorize it, and the manufacturer would issue the replacement without issue. Instead, WOW refused to help because of an apparent "six-month policy" for lost MSOs. If you lose your MSO after six months, they basically tell you that you are on your own, even when you are the original owner, have proof of purchase, and the manufacturer is ready and willing to issue a replacement with one simple phone call from WOW. The customer service has been terrible. I called numerous times over 13 days, excluding the weekend, and was repeatedly assured someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. I spoke with several different employees, and not one person mentioned this six-month policy until I finally spoke with "Michael." He told me the policy is the policy, refused to let me speak with anyone above him, and said, "That's not how it works." That is an extremely poor way to treat a customer after the sale, especially someone who spent $26,000 with your company. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with WOW Cargo Trailers. Once they have your money, do not expect meaningful help if you run into a title/MSO issue later.

Stopped in because I had a blown fuse and my trailer brake lights weren't working…read more It took 20 minutes before I could get help. When I finally got to the counter, the woman behind the counter had zero interest in helping me resolve my issue. Wouldn't help me locate the fuse, wouldn't search other stores for said fuse, and didn't offer to special order the fuse. Then I asked questions about trailer connector test light, and she kept trying to sell me a multimeter, which wasn't what i wanted. I left empty handed. Auto Zone helped me immediately and took care of it, so all good.

You guys are awesome, wonderful people…read more This past Thursday the sweetie and I were headed to Florida. Finally I was going to get warm! Round about Macon the car started running hot so we mapped an Advance Auto 3 miles away. At that point we thought we probably just needed some coolant. Once we get a good look though (I'm saying "we" but I really just sat in the car yelling out helpful comments to the sweetie under the hood) we can see that there's actually a hole in a radiator hose. Not wanting to spend the next hour fooling with this in the parking lot we asked the AA employees for a recommendation for a mechanic. They pointed us to Raffield's Goodyear down the road (see scathing review). Raffield's didn't pan out so back to AA it was. My poor sweetie, in the 90 degree sun, took the hose off (which is much harder than it sounds, there was a lot of swearing and sweating involved) and goes in to try and get a replacement. Even better, the AA employee cut the holey part of the hose off (it was right near the end) and we were able to just pop it back on. Easy-peasy (says the woman that was only yelling encouragement and NOT doing the work). One of the employees even came out to check on us. Thanks guys for the help!
