This review is long past due. We were traveling cross country in a ProMaster, and while leaving an RV Park, saw a pool of oil pour from the van. This was a few days from thanksgiving, and first couple places I called wasn't able to squeeze us in. This place was! Khalid saw the van, found the problem, and his brother Muhammad confirmed it and showed me the replacement part. The oil filter housing is made of plastic so over time it will crack and leak. Seems to be a common problem for this engine that fortunately they had the part on hand. Ram dealership also confirmed it's a common issue. Anyways, it was a big job, so wasn't cheap, but they were able to give it replaced with an aluminum part which is recommended so this won't happen again, and best of all, that day. We're completely grateful we were able to make to home in time for thanksgiving. Lastly, big thanks to Muhammad for loaning us a car. When he saw that we weren't local and were traveling with dogs, he lent us a car, no charge, so we can get to a motel. And one more thing, I had the van inspected at the Ram dealership, and there said no leaks or any issues for the oil filter housing, so the install was done well! read more

This company was a GODSEND. My mom and I were stuck last week 5 hours from home with a broke down car. The owner assisted us in finding a tow truck near our location because we were completely stuck and stranded. He fit us in the same day and we spent the day hanging out with the super friendly shop cat. We were able to drive back the 5 hours home with no issues. *READ THIS* I took my car in to get my bearings replaced. he charged me 800 dollars for one bearing. he said he changed both. but when I changed my tire rod I have a brand new bearing on my passenger side nd the driver side was the still same old bearing. Now here the funny part. I called him nd asked if he changed both bearings and he tells me he doesn't remember. Went in to get my transmission fixed and the owner said that it maybe was something else with the belt associated with the transmission but not the transmission itself. Paid to $2200 for the fix and got it back a week later. 3 days later without a doubt it's still the transmission problem that comes up, I take it back to them and explain it to them, they claim that it was fixed but I tell them the RPM gauge shows that there is a problem and the car and would stutter when driving. They said that they would look at it, but 5 days later they claimed that there was nothing wrong, they would never update me on the status of my car or give me an estimate on a time it will be done. Doubt they even tried to look at it, I picked up my car and drove it home and then my engine light turns on and then stuttering starts right away. Literally scammed. It took me a little bit of time to really process what I felt about this auto shop. This is a family owned business that treats you like family. I never in all my years personally witnessed something like this. I initially took my car to Meineke and they 1st told me one issue but changed their mind and said it was something else. I decided to take my car to Bavaria and let them handle it since they are knowledgeable about foreign cars. Not only did they fix my issue but told me about a sensor that was very important for my car. It was never any pressure at all to fix anything extra that was wrong with the car. The icing on the cake was when they had to keep my car over night and they gave me a loaner car to ensure I had a way to work. It brought tears to my eyes because no auto shop has ever done that for me before. Yes, dealerships will but not a mechanic shop. If I could give them 10 stars... I would! if You wanna know how the service is check and see how many cars are there. This man has a whole car lot of cars and from experience the police are always there. I wouldn't recommend them to do anything. they will fix so much of your car but not everything just to bring you back and get more money. I've never had as many problems as I have with my car now. My wife's car was not holding a charge for the AC so I took it to get looked at. I went to another place next door to this one and they told me the condenser had a crack and it would be $1,600 to fix. I decided to shop around since that's a lot of money and I went to Bavaria. Thankfully I did! I talked to Mohammed and he checked it out and even showed me where it was cracked and leaking from. He said he could get the part today and have it installed by the end of the day which is amazing since he had to take the whole front bumper and everything off the car. He even texted me photos of where he was with it during the day and then called me to let me know it was done. Cost was only $900 saving me $700! He was super friendly and honest. My truck stopped holding a charge, took it to them on a weekend and they said it's a valve cover gasket that's leaking into my alternator and that the gasket needed to be replaced, but the alternator would be fine, even though it was full of oil. One hour later they said it was fixed, charged me $600 and said everything is good to go. the next day it broke down on my way to work, so, I towed it to a master mechanic by my house. The new mechanic squeezed me into his schedule, long enough to swap out the alternator, but mentioned that the Bavaria guys did a sloppy job and a bunch of other mechanic terms I didn't understand, but basically said I got taken for on price, and he was pretty sure on the quality of work too, but he didn't have time to completely inspect their work. My truck has been leaking nonstop from the same area, I took it to the master mechanic by my house and he's trying to fit me into his schedule, but suggested I try and talk to Bavaria first, so, that I'm not paying twice for the same repairs. I called Bavaria, but the guy on the phone insisted that it wasn't what they worked on (without even looking at it), but said to bring it by. I took it to them, he looked at it briefly and made up a bunch of stuff that someone that's not even mechanically inclined could call BS on (dude mentioned my muffler) and some other nonsense. Then said "I don't need to touch gasket, but I can fix" a bunch of stuff that I can't remember cuz the list was too long and just obvious lies. I recorded the entire conversation on my phone to show to another mechanic and they even said the guy was a crook and said they have had a lot of horror stories from that place and people's cars and then said he doesn't know how it's legal for them to still be in business. I gave them a chance to fix their mistake, but instead, they just try and squeeze me for more money. Guess $600 wasn't enough then had to take it to another place the very next day and pay $400, to replace the alternator, because they didn't want to change it out. Side note: They loan out a car while they work on yours. The cars tags were expired when I used it, so, if you borrow it, look to see if it's been updated so you don't have to pay for the ticket on top of being ripped off. read more

Best place to get your vehicle fixed. I bought a VW and had been having issues with it so I was taking it to Meineke. Long story short, Bavaria Complete FIXED everything Meineke screwed up or "missed" and replaced the cheap parts Meineke used with genuine VW parts for next to nothing. These guys have an insane knowledge of European cars and are very quick, efficient and inexpensive. My brother is a mechanic in Arizona and I run everything by him first, now, and he tells me all these miles away that these guys are the real deal. They are real mechanics not that crap down the street that pretends to be mechanics. read more

after taking my car to many places & being told repeatedly nothing is wrong & its pretty much a "woman thing" to think something is wrong with a car but its only because we don't know how cars work i more then had enough! i was told about bavaria so i took my car in & instantly one of the guys knew exactly what it was & fixed it cheap! i wasn't just being a "woman" i was right & these guys are now the only ones allowed to touch my car! my entire family uses them also because they are very good at what they do & they get things fixed quickly & never rip you off! they always advise you to take a test drive after the work is completed & before you pay them which tells me they are confident in their work! thank you bavaria i'd give you 1000 stars review if i could! read more

I'm not surprised to read the stellar reviews for this place. I came to the area about 20 months ago, being from California and having the same mechanic for 20 years, I needed to find a good mechanic locally. I've had these guys fix/troubleshoot different things on my vehicle(s) 3 times now. Every time, they have worked fast and efficient and at a good price. Recently, my long time vehicle (97 Explorer) was brought in for overheating. We were on our way to our camp site when the vehicle stopped. I had it towed to these guys and on a Saturday they were open. I asked them if they could help us get on the road quickly so we could try to salvage our camping weekend. Sure enough, they got us back on the road pretty fast, even had 2 guys under the hood working to complete it timely. What really has me writing a review though, is my Explorer hasn't had working A/C in it for nearly a decade and these guys saw a problem about it, fixed it, recharged my a/c and didn't even charge me for it! I never even mentioned my A/C wasn't working to them either! I've replaced all the seals myself trying to fix it over the years as mechanics told me it would be $1,000 - $1,500 to fix it! So I never got it fixed and I've driven many of hot days over the last decade! Now, I have working A/C!! Thanks guys, you are the best! Keep up the great work and great customer service! I would not recommend. I took my car in for a minor repair. It took almost a week to get it back from the shop. The mechanics were unfriendly and seemed to be occupied with their telephones most of the time,not to mention that the hardly ever answered a call or returned one. The price was fairly high for such a minor repair. I would recommend Finny's down the road. Much better service and price. read more
