The location is in a good area because it is located between 2 major intersections allowing exiting vehicles to safely enter traffic. Unfortunately if drivers want to enter from the southbound traffic lanes, there is not enough room for 2 vehicles which causes rear end motor vehicle accidents. Got a text at 6:40 telling me they just pulled the car in, I went to go see what the hold up was. Once I got to the back the mechanics claimed my lug nuts were "too rusty" and they didn't want to break a stud, they didn't even attempt to take any of them off. I took the car home and got the lug nuts off all 4 tires by hand. Poor time management and they just wanted to get home since they close at 7, I will never be back for any vehicle related purposes.
