It was easy to stay in contact with Carlos and the attention to detail that his crew exhibited is greatly appreciated. They completed all the tasks related to the repair of my home (except countertop installation) as well as a few extras. One of the extras was removing the nasty popcorn ceiling. I would say ours was an average project in terms of sizing and cost but everyone still traded us like a VIP. Any concerns were handled immediately. The job took longer than estimated, but I did not mind that as I prefer a job well done over a job done quickly. That said, after being out for a few hours to let the paint dry, upon inspection I did note some spots on the walls and ceiling that had not been covered/were missed. Nothing major, but still slightly disappointing. It was also noted that there appeared to have been a slight paint spill which had been cleaned up, but still left paint visible on the carpet fibers. Despite these issues, the overall work was good and the old darker colors did not show through the new. I reached out to Michael regarding these issues and he was apologetic and understanding, taking my concerns seriously and offering other service to make up for it. All in all, I am relatively happy with the service provided and would be willing to give Michael another try in the future if I need painting done.
