My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Teamwork Home Designs for a bathroom renovation. We decided to get rid of the bathtub and enlarge the shower. We were both impressed with the process and the finished product. From the first meeting with the contractor (Alex), he impressed us with his professionalism and knowledge. He took time to listen to our ideas and needs. He was highly focused on details, communication, and achieving our vision. He explained valuable suggestions and insights that helped us refine our plans to maximize the functionality of our space. Throughout the project our needs were his priority. Alex and his assistant Angela provided 3D renderings that made the renovation easy to visualize and helped us to see where we wanted to make some adjustments, before the work started. Communication was outstanding throughout the project out. Alex used WhatsApp to communicate a daily itinerary and answer questions promptly throughout. This experience by far was the best communication with a contractor. The crews Alex used were all highly competent and a pleasure to work with. All the crews were on time every day, worked with great skill and maintained a clean worksite. We enjoyed watching their attention to details. Lasers were used to make sure every tile was perfectly aligned, the fixtures were installed flawlessly, and all paint and finish work was perfect. It was clear they all took pride in their craft. The project was completed within contacted time, which was greatly appreciated. The final reveal was better than the expected and looks and functions beautifully for us. The completed work is very high quality and will be enjoyed for many years to come. We did get a few estimates and Teamwork Home Designs was a very fair price for the quality of work delivered. We undertook an extensive interior renovation--including three bathrooms, a full kitchen, new flooring throughout, and converting part of a room into a home office--and Shaked and his team were exceptional at every stage of the process. Shaked kept us regularly informed with weekly updates outlining the general plan, and he shared progress photos almost daily. He was consistently proactive, often anticipating our needs and addressing issues before they even reached our attention. For example: When a toilet arrived broken during delivery--a fact we didn't discover until a month later--Shaked had already noticed the damage, picked up a replacement from Home Depot, and installed it, all before we were even made aware of the issue. When our selected tiles were delayed due to a backorder, Shaked adjusted his schedule, went to a different supplier on a Saturday to meet our availability, and completed the tile installation the following week. When we encountered delays with permits from Travis County (pro tip: allow at least 3-4 months for permitting there), Shaked kept the project moving, guiding us through the process and helping us connect with the right officials to expedite approvals. These are just a few examples--there were many other instances where his problem-solving and professionalism made a real difference. Remarkably, despite the permit and material delays, the team still completed the renovation within the originally estimated timeline. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work Teamwork did on our kitchen. Every aspect of the remodel - from countertops, to cabinets, to backsplash - was done to a high standard of quality. We worked with Anton, who was great about guiding us through the process and helping us with any questions we had. His advice on how to choose cabinet colors, hardware, etc. early on was incredibly valuable. We especially appreciated the extra touches they did; we had some trim and finish that was sagging, and they went out of their way to fix it. In addition to the under cabinet lighting they threw in completely new can lights as well. The final result looks phenomenal, and our only regret is not hiring them earlier! We love our new kitchen so much. We interviewed more than five companies before picking Teamwork. Bid was competitive, but it was Avi's personality and optimism that won us over. Check out our pictures for an amazing transformation. Our house is 70 years old and was a rental, so first they had to demolish the damaged cabinets and floor, and fix the water damaged subfloor (under 4+ layers of old linoleum and tile), resize three windows to accommodate counter height, and fix plumbing, wiring and ductwork. Only then could they install the new tile, custom cabinets with a new footprint, etc. We picked all the materials and Avi guided our decisions on where to go, what to avoid, what looks good, etc. We had such an organized, professional, friendly, calm and efficient experience with Avi, Teamwork and the contract employees that we are going to hire them for another renovation. :-) read more

He was available to help throughout the entire process, including ensuring we picked the right materials to ensure the longevity of the bathroom. As with any major construction project, we had some hiccups, particularly due to the weather but the crew was responsive and Avi went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I were happy with the final result. I've delayed writing this review because I wanted to make sure there were no issues post-installation and so far, so good. The bathroom is breathtaking; we get a lot of compliments from family and there's an ongoing joke about who is allowed to use the shower and tub.
