Dr. Baxter and his staff are very good. I feel very comfortable and safe when they work on my teeth.

Everyone has a different experience, ours not good. Receptionist Lee was rude - bad representation of Dr. Baxter.

I was referred here by a friend due to their work on her infant's tongue tie. I had that procedure back in August and Carrie did an amazing job with the body work and prep leading up to the release. Then she had great follow up after. I healed beautifully and have noticeable improvements in all kinds of ways (I mumble less, have no more sensitivity in my gums, I don't have tension in my neck and shoulders like I did, etc). Truly incredible. I'd recommend it to anyone. I have now had 2 cleanings done here since then and they've been so kind and gentle with my previous trauma at my last dentist. So I really appreciate that. ALSO they offer holistic and full body solutions to your dental needs which align with my lifestyle of wanting to keep things Natural. Anyways, absolutely love Carrie and the staff here

With extensive research, I found the best option in Wichita. Fetzik Dentistry helped me remove my infant son's lip and tongue ties with a laser. The process took less than 10 minutes total. They are the ONLY ones in the local area that go above and beyond with follow up care and body work for best results. I didn't want to use scissors to clip as I was concerned it wouldn't be as effective. The laser procedure was extremely fast and my son recovered well. I would highly recommend Fetzik Denstiry and Michale Fetzik for their kindness, attention to detail and caring nature. I trust them with my son and our dental care. Michale Fetzik takes care of your little ones like they are her own. I can't recommend them enough.

The strange part was when we arrive at reception, a scant 3 minutes past when we should have arrived ( and I even called to tell them I would be a "few" minutes late ) the receptionist was pretty dismissive and scolded me. She warned me that "usually you will be turned away if you're more than 10 minutes late! Was I in the twilight zone!? We were quite literally 3 minutes past, so I have no idea what clock she was reading ( I was reading the digital clock on her desk! ). After that we were rushed through xrays, the dental tech was about as pleasant as a statue. The actual Dentist was very nice, but we spent more time with the tech. My son was very anxious about this visit, so in turn I was anxious. The staff did the minimum to assuage his fears. Luckily he was only getting an exam and cleaning. We were told he needed a chipped tooth extracted, and they immediately recommended IV sedation. All the sudden they were concerned with his level of anxiety. Not only that, when I had second thoughts about the sedation because cost and other concerns the dental tech was so unsympathetic she could hardly disguise her tone. I went through a round of phone tag with the staff about rescheduling, and I only got the feeling they just wanted to make it more convenient for themselves. Awful experience.

Every visit seemed to involve a different assistant, and I would often leave appointments extremely sore. There were even times I left with bleeding after procedures and it felt like no concern or care was shown about it. My dad also had ongoing issues with his teeth, and Dr. Reno repeatedly told him nothing was wrong and that everything was "fine." After switching to another dental office, they finally addressed the problem properly, and he has been doing much better ever since. Even after leaving the office, I recently had another frustrating experience. I called to request MY own X-rays and Pano be sent to my new dental office because I am getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I would have to pay $20 just to receive them and wouldn't receive them in 6-30 days, and they could not directly send them to my new dentist. That makes absolutely no sense. These are MY records, and with my consent they should be transferable without all the hassle. Overall, the service and patient care have been very disappointing. I would not recommend this office.

Referred me to orthodontist instead. Still got charged for xray and being referred to another Dr? Very dishonest and deceiving at Dr Reno's office. There is no way drs can be at fault or make mistakes? (Update) just asked for my medical records and I got charged 28$, Since when does it cost to get medical records? I'm sure if there was no issues with dentist office there would be no charge. What a scam!

We get there 3 min early, fill out paperwork, and proceeded to wait 50 min. Nobody said Anything to us. They called a few different people back and we waited so long we saw a couple people come back out of their appointment. They were even calling people back before us that came in after us. So, I asked the lady behind the desk if it would be much longer because we had been waiting 40 min and I was on my lunch break. I work way out east and asked for the east location prior, but they scheduled me at the west location. She proceeds to tell me that all the charts are gone, and it should be any min. We waited another 10 min then left. Also, while we were waiting one of the ladies behind the desk was speaking to someone over the phone and talking so loudly and airing their business out. The whole situation was horrible and has left a bad taste in my mouth.

About a year ago I had another tooth giving me some problems so I had a second root canal done and they said that they would have to pull that particular toot. At that time, I just decided to have them fill it which they did. On a few occasions, I feel that Dr.Foley, might have a very short fuse as he has on multiple occasions mutter words and storm out of the room having his helpers finish the work.I have also been extremely embarrassed by a very loud hygienist mak rude comments about me in front of everyone. My last issue is a concerning one as a few months after my last visit I received a bill for 17.00. The invoice didn't list anything so ignored it. About 2 weeks later, I received a very rude letter stating that I was no longer a patient of Foley dentistry. If this is how you treat your patients over a 17.00 unexpected bill....Then I can no longer let you treat me like you do!! I usually give rude people the benefit of a doubt but you lost a patient over a little bit of mone....crumbs in my opinion. I would have had no problem paying a $17 bill as long as I knew what it was for. Best of luck in your future.

My previous dentist retired and we were given the information for Foley Dentistry, and we've been using them for seven years. During that time, we've always been treated very well. On occasion with oral injuries, we were seen in a very timely manner. When we have had teeth worked on, it's been a successful procedure. I'm very happy with the care my family and I have received at Foley Dentistry, to the point of leaving a review so others that look at their reviews won't just see one review with a 1 rating. I give a 5 rating because of seven years of cleanings and procedures and happy with every visit. Don't just take my review, ask around and I'm sure one of your friends or family members visits Foley Dentistry. Thank you, Daniel K
