We had used the Affordable Denture in Midwest City, OK for his original denture and had an excellent experience so we were willing to try this office closer to home even though they had poor ratings. No, this poor rating is well earned. Almost a month later he still has no denture. (And this isn't some specialized complex case) They communicate nothing, and every time we call to follow up it takes multiple calls to get an answer (I'm sure their phones are busy with other unhappy patients.) I can't rate the quality of product because we haven't received anything so far, but I'm not holding my breath.

The office is well thought out with nice artwork and displays on tables, even the lighting is interesting to look at. And there are lots of windows. Kind, smart, professional and cheerful Care Coordinator. I was cold, so she got me a blanket. She was thoughtful to let me know when she would be typing my information into the computer, so I asked if I could use the restroom. I did. It was nice to have a moment to do that inside my appointment. They have nice equipment including double sinks with cups for water when my mouth got dry during the exam. Smart, kind, pleasant, thoughtful doctor. Patient. Gave ample time for questions. I am very confident in the care they will provide me in a few weeks for a long standing problem I have been having.

They didn't shame me for not going to the dentist in a few years and related to my concerns. Had a wonderful hygienist who was professional and relatable. Made my 2 hour appointment feel like 30 minutes. The layout of the office was open and relaxing for those who "fear" the dentist. I liked them so much I will be taking my daughter as well. They acclimate young children by inviting them to visit, walk around, listen to the sounds, and get comfortable before they do any work on them. Dr. Pauly and crew were fantastic.
