If I could give 0 stars I would.Reviews UPDATE: I URGE ANYONE SEEKING TPLO SURGERY TO FIND A MORE COMPASSIONATE SURGEON AS THIS OFFICE LACKS BASIC CORE VALUES such as accountability, integrity, empathy, and compassion. If your dog has been referred here for surgery like our dog was here is a review and word to the wise. Our dog had TPLO surgery (ACL equivalent) in November and had his sutures removed early December. IF YOUR DOG IS SET TO HAVE SUTURES OUT CHECK BEHIND THEM. They left a staple in our epileptic dog causeing him stress and anxiety that led to numerous break through seizures. We had to take him to his actual vet to have the remaining sutures removed. We were told day of removal at Bay area that the doctor even looked over the surgery site at time of removal and all looked good. HOW DOES A TECHNICIAN AND A DOCTOR MISS A STAPLE. WORD TO THE WISE CHECK BEHIND THEM REMOVING YOUR FUR BABIES STAPLES AS THEY WILL LEAVE THEM IN AND ACT LIKE NO BIG DEAL.

I had a four month old puppy that had had three examinations in the past four months and needed a booster shot or a shot at later required a booster and I was charged for an examination That was about the most slip shot examination I had ever seen. The doctor barely squeeze the dog he did not check the oral cavity or do anything else except go through the motions of an examination to extract a fee from me. I was told the booster shot was covered, and there would be no charge next time And then I got charged ready for this for the shot and for the technician who gave the shot! How else was the dog gonna get a shot if somebody didn't give it to her? The office manager Kim has absolutely no interest in having a courteous discussion with regard to Protocols in the office that are to say the least fee generators. Don't be fooled. This office is sold to a corporation that manages all the fees and all the policies of the office that are centered around making you broke. The office manager is in articulate and a bad listener and in flexible. I would think twice before I went here. Go to tractor supply they have a much better system And their fees are not gonna send you to the poor house.

I called to see if I could please schedule same day appointment for all this treatment including yearly shots, heart worm and allergy shots, nails clipping and sure enough I got a 1:00pm appointment. When we arrived my dog and I were happy greeted and got an exam room right away. Dr. Davis came to check his ears and gave him a physical and was so nice to my fur baby. The staff treated him as if he was their own family pet. I do come Grasonville, Maryland quite often and me and Boss Hogg are so grateful and lucky to find this amazing veterinary.

I live in Montgomery County, where the cost of everything is approximately 10x what it is anywhere else, and there was no possible way I could afford the anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 that it would cost for him to have surgery in MoCo. The vet who'd recommended the surgery in the first place gave me the contact information for this clinic. I was very surprised and a little skeptical that they would only charge $975 for the surgery, but they were able to fit him in later that same day considering the urgency. Originally, they said he would go home later in the afternoon, but they changed their mind and decided to keep him overnight at no additional cost due to it already being mid-afternoon when he had the surgery. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I highly recommend them. Their costs are much lower than anything you can find closer to the DMV, but their work is still very high quality. My cat didn't have any issues after the surgery, and several weeks later he's well on his way to going back to normal.

She goes on an off leash pack walk each week which gives her great exercise, socialization, and practice with obedience. When he was a teen/young adult, He would house/Dog sit for us! Aaron was awesome with our dogs. We had some anxious and bad behavioral barking and within a very short time with them he had their full attention. Aaron very patiently worked with them outside every time he came bye! Our house had more obedient dogs and a great deal more peace! We then got a golden, named Boomer that loved Aaron! After many years of growing, bonding and working Boomer, he was so well behaved and obedient! Fast forward 10 years, Boomer grew older and slower. Although he was still silly, eager to please and happy to see us and Aaron too, it was apparent to all of us he was in severe pain! After few visits to our Vet, medications and several test later, we then got the Devastating news that Boomer, was ravaged with cancer. It was time to say our peaceful goodbyes! He was such a good, good boy! This was one of the most difficult times in our lives, saying goodbye to our family member Boomer! Aaron came to pay his condolences to all of us! He knew our love for all of our dogs, especially Boomer! So little over a year after Boomers passing, Aaron/Apeiron pups personally matched us to one of his pups that was most like Boomers personality and our family needs. This past November 2021, much to our surprise, in walks our dear sweet Aaron with a puppy! A sweet, blonde, little girl who we named Presley! As young as she was she was already so smart! She is the perfect fit to our family! And of course, Aaron/Apeiron pups has checked in with us several times to see how our training, obedience and health/growth were coming along! We are so grateful and cannot say enough about Aaron/Apeiron pups, the level of his professionalism and knowledge he has displayed to us for many, many years! In "hind site" we should have know back then, when Aaron was a young man, that he was our very own "dog whisper!" Love Always, your family in Salisbury! The Workman's
