When I asked why the delay for such an offhand answer, the manager replied, "I have stuff to do," which was unprofessional and dismissive of my time and concerns. When I called back to speak with the store manager, he answered with "hello," then placed the phone down and never returned. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I work with pharmacies daily and have never encountered service this poor. Past reviews suggested this location was reliable, which makes me wonder if management has changed. After I declined, she said, "Well then you're not trying to save money," which I found inappropriate I don't want a credit card I just wanted the discount.
