He's been great and helping my mom navigate some medical issues that she's gotten as she's gotten older. A few years back, she was in a bad accident too and had to go into a rehab center, and they even came by a few times to just check in with her. The office staff and front desk are welcoming and helpful, answering questions. And the nurses are absolutely the friendliest. The office itself is clean, very patient-friendly, and easy to navigate. Shouldn't they already have the same information and documentation from my first visit? Month seven we asked for a self pay price. They never responded to our message. Exhausted from this experience with them. They accepted my money for consultation and failed to follow through. Nobody knew "what was going on" and just that "insurance is processing." That wasn't the truth. I went to another Vascular Surgeon and I received the same treatment completion within 3 weeks and insurance paid for my procedure in full.
