He's a wealth of information and often provides me with the information I should have been provided by "specialists" that I'd seen before my appointment with him. On top of being a wealth of helpful information, he allows me time to ask my questions, and the guy is just plain kind and encouraging. I never" in their people skills, but there's been a different crew there for a while, and I think the nasty office manager may no longer be there. The new crew is excellent, but the care I get from Christopher would offset and bad front desk service. I've never had better care than with Christopher. Early on, the front office staff was a little "shakey," in their people skills, but there's been a different crew there for a while, and I think the nasty office manager may no longer be there. The new crew are excellent, but the care I get from Christopher would offsite any bad service otherwise (but the front desk has been great to work with lately).

Parking can also be tricky and limited. Nancy Seufert is my primary care provider. The first day I met her, she mixed up my chart and was speaking to me as if I was a different patient..oopsy. She is good-hearted and means we'll but also seems overly busy/rushed and consistently flustered. Things slip her mind easily, for instance- a recent prescription never got sent to my pharmacy. I had to follow up call the day after my appointment to nudge them to have it processed. Nancy is a compassionate provider and helpful when you know what you need. I called just this morning and was helped by a woman named Nicole. She was kind, unassuming and super helpful. I applaud her and appreciate her assistance and she deserves a shout out- keep up the good work, Nicole!

I'm 27 and have struggled with autoimmune…read moredisorders, stomach problems, mental health concerns, chronic fatigue, and more for years. I knew I shouldn't be so uncomfortable in my own body at such a young age. I was referred to Dr. Springer by a former colleague and completely entrusted him with my care without the slightest bit of knowledge on muscle testing - it changed my life. The supplementation he programmed for me transformed my body and brain in a matter of 3 months. There's still work to be done, but in just 3 months he fixed my stomach problems, gave me energy again (no caffeine necessary), and lowered the inflammation all over my body. My anxiety has lowered, I'm sleeping better, and I'm not panicked about eating out at restaurants with a fear of pain and discomfort after. The caveat? It's expensive. And it's a real time commitment too. Insurance doesn't view functional medicine and their natural supplementation as traditional and it's not covered. It's an investment to health and personal development. Plus, you have to put in the work and be intentional with the diet regime and supplements. I truly believe it's worth it, but it breaks my heart how inaccessible this care is to the majority of the population. Dr. Springer's focus on root cause rather than masking symptoms and side effects is life changing.

However, communication with the staff to get appointments has been very problematic at times. Very inconsistent staff help. Customer service has decreased over the six year period, and their acceptance of certain types of insurance is not good. Unfortunately, Dr. Springer will likely retire in the near future and he was the person that helped me the most. I have started looking for another office with multiple helpful Doctors.

Located in an unassuming strip-plaza, the walk in clinic was neat and clean inside. I checked in with the receptionist who took my information. First off, they do not take any form of health insurance and office visits start at $120. I was desperately ill with a bad stomach flu so the cost didn't matter, getting something to help my symptoms was at the forefront of my mine. After waiting just a few minutes the receptionist showed me back for the dreaded weigh in and then to an exam room. She took my temp and blood-pressure and said the doc would be right in to see me. A few minutes later the doctor came in and examined me. She was friendly and warm, listened to my long list of symptoms, examined me and answered my questions. It was about a 15 minute visit which for a stomach flu I didn't expect more. A RX was called in to my local pharmacy and I was on my way. Now this isn't the place for me for usual doctor visits. But for a walk-in clinic, in a very busy section of Dale Mabry, to go on my lunch break, they get 4 stars. I received good care/patient service with an attentive doctor in a reasonable time frame. Did I mention I feel a lot better too!

I have received psychological services in a number of places over a number of years. LoCicero…read moreHealth is absolutely the WORST facility I have ever experienced. BE WARNED ---- DO NOT GO THERE - IT IS AWFUL! It started with an actual bait and switch. They take my insurance and said I could see a REAL Psychiatrist with an MD. I did for all of THREE weeks when they took her away and replaced her with one of those people with six meaningless letters after their name -- you never know what their qualifications are. And from there it got worse and worse. She was convinced of her diagnosis despite evidence to the contrary and prescribed a medication which debilitated me. We discussed possible other medications which I had previously taken and HELPED me. But in effect they held me hostage by requiring me to take blood tests to prove I was taking the med I did not like before giving me the med which I liked BECAUSE I knew it helped. At one point they actually tried to raise the dosage of the negative drug and LOWER the dosage of the drug I indicated was helpful. AND then came the worst. I saw my neurologist for my annual check up AND THE VERY FIRST THING HE SAID WAS THAT MY DRUG REGIMEN WAS-----DANGEROUS and I shouLd change providers. And then it almost gets funny. He referred me to a psychiatrist and it was EXACTLY the person I started with at the faciity and was taken away by the facility. Incredible! I'LL SAY IT AGAIN - HE CHARACTERIZED THE REGIMEN THEY HAD ME ON AS DANGEROUS!!!!! GREAT PLACE!!! After that it was relentless arguing until she actually INCREASED the dosage of the med I did not like AND decreased the dosage of the med I indicated helped me. I wanted to leave but felt I was being held hostage. And then today, after yet another argument about meds and dosages. SHE ACTUALLY "FIRED" me. Indicating that she would no longer treat me!!!!!!... Luckily I had started seeing an EXCELLENT Psychologist who recommended a new Psychiatrist he trusted -- thank god, because obviously it did not matter to them about being denied services. But in effect and as far as they knew - they were throwing me to the wolves - because they did not know I was looking into alternatives. The bottom line was their way or the highway. Again, I have engaged in therapy for my entire life with a broad level of providers --SO I HAVE A GOOD PERSECTIVE. This facility and their staff and their treatmet of me was the worst I have experienced ever anywhere. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

They are gracious, respectful, sweet, accommodating. Thank you all! There has been this one issue for years though: dishonest and rude RAMAN and his associates The appointment schedulers have thick Indian accents which can be difficult to understand PLUS they mumble and talk fast and always start the phone calls rushing the caller and having an attitude. When you ask them to slow down and annunciate, the attitude escalates - especially Raman. And he does NOT like giving out his name. Furthermore, he has been trying to tell us for years that he works in office. When I say- oh really?! You work at Swann Ave? I've never met you there. He says he works in back. Then I ask where in back. Then he says he works from home. He gets progressively angry. Then he tries to DENY that he ever said he works in the Swann office. Guy is nutsy in our repeated experience 4 X per year for several years! THAT is a pattern. He needs to cheer up and treat patients like human beings - with dignity. My staff and physician friends at Locicero say he and the others have always worked out of INDIA. NOT Swann Ave. LOL. That's ok if he works there so Locicero can save money, but Raman shouldn't LIE to people and we'd prefer he drop the low unintelligible mumble, rushing the process when you can't understand him, and ATTITUDE when you ask ANY question!!! Learn some professionalism and common sense! HCPs and staff at Locicero Health have told us for years that patients complain about these guys. Why hasn't upper mgmt and Karon Locicero replaced them because obviously any coaching hasn't worked. Show care and respect please for your patients in this respect too!!
