Similar to trigeminal neuralgia, yet much rarer. After months of testing and different doctors, no one knew the cause I couldn't speak, eat, and many more symptoms including syncope. When we finally found out the most likely answer, I needed a neurosurgeon desperately and urgently. Unfortunately, it's so rare where I was even turned down by neurosurgery experts, since they don't have experience in.. until I was blessed enough then and saw Dr. Sincoff. After "torture" for months and pain I never knew existed, Dr. Sincoff operated on me and gave me my life back. His team were also incredible in every way imaginable and they all remain so. I will end this by saying I am forever in debt to Dr. Sincoff and his team.
