My card won't "tap", even at THEIR ATMs. I needed a safe deposit box, they say they don't have them. I have tried MANY times to use my "app", but it never works. It is frequently "unavailable", won't take my password (which IS correct), and absolutely will not take photos for mobile deposit of checks. All of this necessitates that I go in to the bank in person to do business, AND that I had to find another bank with safe deposit boxes, and open an account there. Also, they recently deposited someone else's check into my account! How does THAT happen? Last time I went in to the main bank in Lexington Park, the young women was quite "flippant" with me, rudely and casually dismissing my concerns. I am going to another bank.

Western Union is the only way to send money supposedly in a quick manner it's not so quick When you use Western Union you'll pay high amount to send money in which taked days and then push you have to jump through to send the money is extraordinary. If you cancel the Western Union transaction it takes even more time seven days to give you your money back. So if you need to get money to somebody this isn't the bank to use. They don't have good customer service they are in all Walmarts each bank is privately run and each one goes by different rules.
