If I could give a 10 STAR to ERIE INSURANCE company I would. I was referred to this company by my sister. Leaving NATIONWIDE for over 20 years because they kept a car on my insurance for 3 over years at their fault that should have been removed. I noticed this error and called them .... just to be notified that they were going to CREDIT me for payment instead of issuing me a CHECK from June 2021. I advised the rep that I was not satisfied with that answer and therefore I was going to find a new car insurance carrier. Very upset ... I called ERIE INSURANCE and the rep LAURIA TERRACCIANO was so HELPFUL and UNDERSTANDING she stayed on the line for 2 hours making me comfortable trying to give me the best quote possible. Long story short ... If you need car Insurance feel free to reach out to Ms. LAURIE ...she the best "OUTSTANDING". She needs a bonus or raise for the level of customer services she displays.
