I provided my driver's license, the police report, and every document they requested. Despite all of that, they have ignored my messages and refused to provide their insurance information so I can file a property damage claim. Their complete lack of communication and accountability has forced me to pursue other legal options. A reputable company should stand behind its employees and cooperate when an accident occurs. Instead, they have chosen to ignore the situation. I would not recommend doing business with a company that handles accidents and customer concerns this way.
