Amy scheduled out first rolloff for delivery the next day. She was able to get the first one picked up and the second delivered the same day I called. Andy brought and dropped off the first rolloff quickly and placed it exactly where we asked. Andy amazed us with his pickup and delivery artistry of our 2nd dumpster. It was getting dark and he unloaded one, loaded, moved and unloaded the full rolloff, then picked up the new rolloff and postioned it exactly where we needed it, diagonally so we could easily access the doors. He then reloaded the full rolloff, all within minutes. At a stressfull time (moving!) Amy and Andy provided a calm, efficient and professional service. This place was good! I had seen their reviews on Yelp & thought I would give them a try. I called & got Uyen & she was very friendly & answered all my questions. I was moving to the new place & needed to clean out the house so & went with a 30 dumpster. She quoted me a pretty good price which was lower than the other places I've seen. I signed the contract they emailed me & the date was set. This is where they lost a star for me. On the day of the dumpster drop-off, the driver never came. I called & they said the driver would come in the afternoon around 1pm-3pm. 4pm came & the driver never came, so I called again & they were also surprised the driver never came. Turns out, they called me back & said the driver was stuck in traffic coming from San Francisco. Uyen who I spoke to said she would immediately dispatch a new driver & he would be there in 30 minutes, Uyen also apologized & gave me a discount because of the situation which was very nice of her. Dumpster was good, very self explanatory, the Dumpster Pickup was a day after the scheduled pickup which was not a problem as they have an open window of 4-5 days after the schedule promised pickup date which they state on their contract so you might want to take that into consideration if you have a deadline to move out. My landlord is a pretty laid back guy & didn't mind, in fact my landlord also put some stuff in the dumpster after I moved out too.
