I think offering community members multiple ways to pay their HOA dues is great. What I find egregious is the discriminatory practice of singling out one of those methods with a processing fee. I've told one of your employees I'm simply not comfortable with any of those other methods and wish to continue to pay as I always have. It's the same way I pay all my bills and none of my other creditors see fit to charge me. CAM is the extraordinary exception. Anyway, I've made my case and I can only hope there are others who feel the same as me and will offer some pushback against, what I believe to be, a superfluous and unjust fee.

We never signed with them when we were told they were unwilling to entertain a "fixed price" listing agreement...in today's real estate market...on a $5,000,000 house. Additionally, they didn't offer any specialized marketing plans to support the $$$$$$$$ commission they were asking for. There are other real estate franchises that are more suited and well-equipped to properly market unique luxury property listings. On the other hand, they do have a couple of long-time Ruby Hill agents who seem to be well-connected to the local area...so there is a good possibility they might bring in a buyer for any property listed in Ruby Hill...even listed by another company!
