Your community residents deserve better. I think offering community members multiple ways to pay their HOA dues is great. What I find egregious is the discriminatory practice of singling out one of those methods with a processing fee. I've told one of your employees I'm simply not comfortable with any of those other methods and wish to continue to pay as I always have. It's the same way I pay all my bills and none of my other creditors see fit to charge me. CAM is the extraordinary exception. Anyway, I've made my case and I can only hope there are others who feel the same as me and will offer some pushback against, what I believe to be, a superfluous and unjust fee.

Additionally, they didn't offer any specialized marketing plans to support the $$$$$$$$ commission they were asking for. There are other real estate franchises that are more suited and well-equipped to properly market unique luxury property listings.
