I won't use Bay Flowers for any future orders, as the quality and customer service were both terrible. They offer a good, better and best option for quality and I chose best which was 27% more but figured the premium cut would make a difference. My GF sent a picture upon arrival, and each of the rose's petals were brown. After pondering the $136.24 spent, I decided to visit the shop in person. Upon arrival, I asked to speak with a manager and immediately an angry lady appeared. I quickly let her know I'm not here to argue, but to find out what happened. She immediately became defensive, failed to acknowledge the issue, and said most ladies prefer this antique look to roses. I asked her to explain, and she said "the Dollar Store gets bad deliveries, and she does as well at times." I explained I didn't buy them from the Dollar Store, and her lack of professionalism continued. She spun the concern by saying she added a few extra flowers to the bouquet (which wasn't true). Shocked by the rudeness, raised voice and totally unprofessional attitude, I replied "really" and walked out of the store. In closing, I would highly recommend taking your floral business to another florist as they are absolutely terrible! read more

I didn't have all the info for the delivery and they followed up with me multiple times to try and make it happen. A friend ordered flowers for me for my birthday from this florist. Not only were they beautiful and exactly to her specifications, but they provided great customer service. My favorite color was purple and every flower in that bunch was purple! The vase she originally wanted was not available and instead of just replacing it like most florists would, they called her twice to make sure a switch was okay. It was great, because the vase is purple too!! The delivery person was kind and on time, even with the vase switch. The flowers themselves are gorgeous and have lasted a long time. I'm used to a bouquet starting to die after three or four days, but here we are five days later and there's no sign of these beautiful flowers wilting. They picked roses at the perfect time-- they weren't overbloomed so I got to watch them bloom beautifully. This is seriously one of my favorite bouquets. read more

Placed my order, on June 29 to be delivered on July 2. At 12:30, I called to inquire as to when this would happen. I was told that the wholesaler didn't deliver on time and that their "general orders had priority.", I was then told that since I hadn't specified a time that my order was on its way. I asked the question, that had I not called, would my order be in the process of being delivered? Naturally, I thought that by ordering early, delivery would follow. The owner, Kimberly, was rude in every response to every question that was raised. Attempting to talk over me and to explain, redundantly, how everything and everyone else was at fault. Needless to say, my experience with Bay Flowers, was less than expected. Far, far less. I've never been told, as a customer, that my order was less important than any other. With this said, I explained to Kimberly, "Take good care of your old customers, you'll need them because you'll never cultivate your new customers with this attitude.
