In my experience, issues occurring behind the scenes are not acknowledged or addressed, which leaves customers without clear answers or support. In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. The PDQ crew at this location scratched the passenger side door pillar, windows again not wiped down properly, and my instrument cluster and steering wheel were not wiped down or cleaned. I paid extra for the Extreme Shine Wash Package, which is a rip-off. The staff also did a horrible job applying tire shine which is included in that wash package. I will not be back, I could have cleaned my car myself and would have gotten better results. This seems to be a common theme at all PDQ locations in the Green Bay area. GCS hires a kind staff who answer questions and greet you with a smile -- a rare thing sometimes at gas stations. 3.
