I own a brand new Honda Accord with less than 4,000 miles on it. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating! The PDQ crew at this location scratched the passenger side door pillar, windows again not wiped down properly, and my instrument cluster and steering wheel were not wiped down or cleaned. I paid extra for the Extreme Shine Wash Package, which is a rip-off. The staff also did a horrible job applying tire shine which is included in that wash package. I will not be back, I could have cleaned my car myself and would have gotten better results. This seems to be a common theme at all PDQ locations in the Green Bay area. I had a poor experience at the Oneida St location right before Thanksgiving as well. read more

Went to the east side green bay one got the $50 manager special and what a joke don't waste your money only thing they did was crank my music up while they were in it. left inside of truck very dirty like they don't know how to use a vacuum. Only noticeable thing was outside of truck was wash but I can get that for 8 bucks at a gas station car wash. Yall should just close down from all the other reviews I've seen as well. We got the managers special full wash, was done in about 15 minutes. It looked great after, everything was wiped down and vacuumed very well. We have pets so there was pet hair on the seats and floor but it was all vacuumed up read more

Pdq car wash sucks you pay for services that they don't do I paid for mats to be cleaned and they didn't get done had to have them do the wheels for 40 some dollars you won't think they would screw people over they are crooks read more

The carwash itself is okay, it would be very convenient except for a couple things. I have a sticker on my windshield so I and supposed to be able to drive up, it reads the sticker and I should be able to go, never reads, I have it exactly where they told me to place it, and what is supposed to be easy is a pain in the butt. The other issue with this particular location is on busy days the lot is a goat rodeo. The lot is small to begin with and people waiting in line block the exit, no easy way in or out and I have seen many close calls. I know they can't do anything about bad drivers but the location of the vacuums and layout is a contributing factor. read more

I purchased the full detail service for 50 and they weren't even that busy when I went, so I expected the car to look great. They missed a LOT. There are still fingerprints and smudges on the dash and inside of the doors, the floor mats still had dirt, they didn't even vacuum underneath the seats or the floor mats, they left pieces of garbage under the mats.. And WORST of all they got tire shine on the outer plastic rims on the frame of my car and its already, after just a day starting to cause discoloration. It looks like CRAP and I've had at three people come up to me and ask what did they do to your nice new car?? I don't know, but I wish I hadn't gone to this place. Mind your belongings...just took my car through and found my loose cash missing. It wasn't a lot ($17), but when i called to address the issue with the manager, he explained that his people dont steal (so, i'm lying) and proceeded to hang up. I've always thought highly of PDQ (quality, integrity, and value), but they seem to have lost touch with who's most important...paying customers. I'll be getting my car (2012 BMW 550 M) washed at Diamond Detailing from now on. read more

Just left PDQ without getting my car washed. What kind of "full service" car wash can't clean your floor mats? I was told that they are not offering that service today. I'm sorry, but this is Green Bay in the middle of winter. My floor mats are almost white from the salt. I'm going to try the Oneida Street location to see if they do any better. I had a Manager's Special at the PDQ Car Wash on Main St. in Green Bay on Monday. The outside looked great but the only thing vacuumed inside were the floors. There were crumbs on the back seat and nothing was done in the back of my Subaru Forrester. Very disappointing. You have lost a customer. read more

We went through the express wash and my tires didn't line up with the track and it put a huge gouge in my tire and rim !

What kind of job do you think a supposed full-service car wash should do for almost $50? A pretty good job, right? And yet, the last four times I went to PDQ, over a two year span, I've walked away disgusted with the service provided. The guys with the vacuums outside miss entire areas of the car or leave garbage under the seats and the folks with the squirt bottles and rags miss entire swaths of dust and dirt. The last three times, I ended up calling back and complaining, twice getting free redos as apologies. This last visit, I even planned my visit to a time when the car wash wasn't very busy so that the attendants wouldn't be rushed at all, and yet, the steering wheel wasn't touched and is still dusty and there's a dust outline on my dash despite my having purchased the supposed "Superior Interior". Also, they wiped the inside of the windows with Armor-All this time! Awesome. I could get an amazing detail job for only slightly more than PDQ charges. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice (or four more times), shame on me. I probably deserve the one star but PDQ, you won my stupid money this time but as God as my witness, I'm never going to be fooled again! read more

You take your car to PDQ, expecting it to be cleaned far better than you can possibly do at home yourself. Guess again. 20 minutes later they say it's done, but it hasn't even been vacuumed. Another 15 minutes and they say it's done. There are grease stains on the exterior, and the rims haven't been touched. This is supposed to be the supreme clean package? Call to the manager, who comes and finishes the job herself. Everyone waiting has now heard, and is concerned about their cars too. Get home and the spouse is upset because her expensive decorative magnets are missing. Call to PDQ who state that the policy is to remove all magnets prior to the wash and place onthe front seat. Clearly, that didn't happen. They are nowhere to be found. 2 days later, the floor matts are still soaking wet and now a musty smell permeates the interior. Epic fail. Do not patronize this establishment. Ever. read more

Two things wrong with this PDQ location, very poor cleaning on the inside for the $50 special. Crumbs left between the console and even the wrapper from a straw in the back seat. Second wrong was the cashier (who claims she's been the manager for 3 years) I waited at the counter for her to go outside with me to show her that the car was not cleaned correctly. I told her it was a awful job and she then almost cried. She called her 'boss' BEN, in DePere and said I was a racist and called her names. I did not, what I said was "settle down,Kayley. Don't get so defensive". Outside staff confirmed my assessment of her, and they weren't complimentary. Ben, however, defended her, possibly a little too much. No more PDQ for us. Too many times the money paid was not worth the service. Personnel? Cashier girl not nice. read more
