Exterior wash was "okay" but not worth the price. They advertise interior detailing services but it looked like they did not even attempt to remove my floor mats or vacuum my back seat. Even the bare minimum wash package offers vacuuming and wiping down the interior surfaces. I was disappointed, I only purchased the wash package for the interior detailing because it's hard to find that service since I moved. Don't offer the service if your employees don't perform it. I have one more certificate left, but honestly I can do better at home. I'd recommend saving your money. I went in today and I got their extreme shine service on my Chevy, and I asked the guy who show me the menu "do you guys clean the back trunk" and he said yes we vacuum. I spent 40+ today and I need to go somewhere to vacuum the inside and will need to get the rest of the big guys off my windshield. I paid for the manager special car wash. As my car ran through that wash, at the end my car came just inches away from hitting the car in front of it. There was nearly a collision of three cars. I contacted management, but no one responded to my concerns. No one at PDQ cared about my car. In the past, I spent a lot of money at PDQ for washes and detailing. At this price we deserve more. Now I spent 15 minutes wiping down the front end that was barely clean, protectant overspray on the door jambs, etc. very low quality job folks. I was excited to go back to this car wash after my first experience was pretty good. I decided to get the "Manager's Special" which is $26.99. I ended up not having a good experience. This wash includes (per PDQ Car Wash website): Safety cleaning of the exterior Vacuuming the interior Washing every window Emptying the ash trays and litter bags Wiping the dash and console Drying the door jams Warm air and towel dry Blowing out the locks in winter Poly System 3000 wax Under chassis flush Custom wheel cleaning Fresh air fragrance This is a pretty good deal when you are getting this service done. I watched my car get cleaned and all in all it took about 15 minutes. This was not bad considering it can take me an hour to clean it myself. After I got into my car it smelled great. I could see they did a pretty good job on the dash. I went home and looked at my car all around. While going around my car I could see that the wheels had not been touched. Per the special above, it said that I would get a "custom wheel cleaning." This did not happen. The wheels were completely grey; I swiped my finger across them and sure enough it was full of dirt. I went around to the front of my car and could see that they did not wipe the windshield completely as there was still dirt and bugs on it. I wiped it away to see if it was just a tough area, but that was not the case, I wiped it all away. This was the same situation for the headlights and the trunk. I was pretty disappointed. I paid a little extra just so I could get a few more things done to my car. So I spent another 20 minutes wiping my car down and cleaning the wheels. I will not be going here again. Update: I received 2 calls from PDQ car wash asking how they could help with my service. They ended up sending me a free car wash coupon to use on my next visit. I'm glad they tried to make things right. I will go back soon and give another update to see if they improved. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. For $50 I expected much more out of my experience. The outside of my car looks wonderful, but I can get that for $10 at any normal car wash. I go to PDQ to have them clean the inside, that's the entire point right? The only thing that looks good on the inside is the floor mats and those were an additional $10. Under the floor mats were still dirty though. Around the cup holders were still sticky and full of dirt and crumbs. This place is the only gig in town aside from full service detail shops. It doesn't matter if you buy a 30 dollar wash or a 60 dollar wash you get the same results. They are well aware people don't have any other option so they can charge what they want do a crappy job and people are still going to come because there is no other choice. We complained to the manager about the crappy job done and his response was I'll give you a free wash I don't have time for this. We have given them chance after chance with the same results. Man, this place gets me every time. I paid $50+ for a thorough interior cleaning. I went on Sunday afternoon close to closing. I sat down in my rig and sure shit. . . I am staring at a fingernail on my leather seat. You can't tell me that area was vacuumed well. The middle console was still dirty. I can clean it better with my finger tip and spit. It was just plain missed. The back rug was not washed like the other 3. I get they have high school kids working. For $50, yes. . . $50 plus. . . please at least give everything the once over instead of the none'ce over. This is especially if you are paying extra for interior work. My recommendation is for just basic wash, use the free vacuums, and use the Shawano Ave. location. I would say typically you get what you pay for. However, that isn't the case as typically when I pay more here I leave feeling ripped. read more

PDQ on Oneida used to be a full service car wash distinguishes by its fine interior cleaning of your car. I haves used this business for probably twenty years. I will no longer use this business. I've watched steadily increasing pricing with more ad on unbundled costs. More disappointing is the degradation of the quality of the interior cleaning. They no longer will clean seats, charge extra for floor mats and leave streaks on the windows and miss spots on door jams and trunk. Save your money and go to a drive though. read more

Worst car wash experience ever!!! ***Warning***Don't ever go there! Drove 1,300 miles to Green Bay so the car was dirty. Hotel front desk suggested to me the PDQ car wash down the road. Drove up to the pay station and asked for the best car wash package to clean dead bugs on windshield, front and sides. The guy suggested their top of the line "Elite" package. For $20 that would clean up everything and the wheels too. Went through the car wash and the car was not clean. There was dirt on both sides clearly visible. Worst part was the brake dust on the alloy wheels were not cleaned. A girl by the name Jeri called herself "the manager" said their car wash is "brushless" therefore those "road dust and grease" will not come off. First, those on the wheels are brake dust that I can swipe off by my finger, not road dust, and they are not grease. She said if the wheels and the "exterior" needed to be wipe down then I need to buy their "interior" package. First time in my life that a car wash couldn't and wouldn't remove brake dust from wheels. Jeri let me do another wash and the brake dust was still clearly visible. I was not informed that their car wash couldn't even clean brake dust off the wheels. The worst part of that was even their team members ready to help, "Jeri" made sure they would NOT wipe those brake dust off the wheels. This kind of pity poor customer service was the epitome of arrogance and childishness. There is no wonder they have two-star rating. At two stars, they are overrated. Usually I would check Yelp reviews first but I trusted the hotel concierge on their referral. I have warned the hotel staff that they should never send any of their hotel guests to PDQ. read more

I will preface by saying that PDQ's standard service, and even their first step up package I have found to be a four star quality in general. However what I recently experienced with one of their top-of-the-line packages was exceedingly disappointing. Recently I tried their "Superior Interior" cleaning package at $43. While doing a very good job of cleaning and vacuuming the obvious items, the back storage area was completely missed. The area within approximately three quarters of an inch all the way around both front seats, and the middle row seats appeared untouched by the vacuum. A fold-down console between the driver seat was only minimally wiped down-and only from its upright position. When set back down, there were obvious areas of debris that were complete untreated. I also found a small splatters of mud on the drivers door, doorframe, and on some of its electronic control panel. Since this did not seem characteristic of PDQ, I did not feel badly about coming back about a day later to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee. I also gave PDQ indulgence, since the van had endured several years of two young children, and on the particular day I had stopped in, it was rather busy. On my return trip I explained the areas missed, and pointed them out. The prep area employee even said, "Yep-they should have gotten that." I noted that a large green placard was placed on my window (I jokingly referred to this to my wife as their, "We blew it last time guys-let's get it right this time!" sign). It appears I was given again a full package wash through the automatic line, and it did seem like it took a few more minutes then before for the interior crew clean the inside. When I got the vehicle back, the center console was still not fully cleaned. I later wiped it down with one of those disposable disinfectant wipes cloths and it was clean with in 30 seconds. The debris earlier mentioned in The console's down mode was still there, as was the mud on the drivers door. The area surrounding the front and middle seats was better, but still showed on vacuumed debris. I was particularly bothered by this, because for all intents and purposes, The PDQ end staff were given a nearly completely cleaned van and yet still missed several obvious cleaning needs. I will not consider using their advanced packages anymore. I can also not recommend them to anyone else. I recently had another vehicle given a dealership interior detail job for about $30 more than I spent on these two washes. In my opinion the total interior difference would've been worth the cost on this incident: particularly when I take into account my time and driving distance (we live 20 miles away). read more

Almost every time I get a car wash here there is the same guy leading people into the car wash tunnel and not paying attention to how close people get. He lets people get 1 foot behind you so the water jets don't clean up the back of my car and this issue has even caused car rear-ends to happen or get extremely close to happening at the end of the tunnel read more

I have my vehicle washed at least once a week for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, the quality has gotten so bad I would rather wash it at home. When I pull into the vacuum station, I tell the attendant that NOTHING needs to be done inside. No windows, no vacuuming. What I DO want is that the rims and running boards be wiped off and to apply "tire shine". They have these laminated signs that they put in the passenger window that say, "no windows, wipe rims, wipe running boards". I walk into the waiting room and again mention to the cashier that I DO NOT want the interior done! She says she will tell them again which she does while I am standing there. The problem is that the kid that gets in to drive my vehicle to the drying station doesn't see the signs. So he jumps in and immediately sprays all the windows. I'm watching as the two kids begin to dry my vehicle. The boy on the right side is making a half hearted effort while the girl on the left side is working like crazy. The boy takes the laminated signs and throws them on the passenger floor. He drys everything but the bottom three feet from front to back and walks away to dry the car behind me. The girl finishes the left side and raises her hand. I come out and see the running boards are still wet and now dirty from them standing on them and the rims haven't been touched. Not the girls fault because the signs she hasn't seen which are still lying on the floor. So I have paid for the "tire shine" and none were done. I picked up a towel off of their cart and started drying off the side the boy didn't finish. The girl apologizes and I leave........with the signs STILL on the floor and the rear view mirror looking like someone spit on it since it never got wiped off. In the course of a month I have collected 12 signs. They managed to break the back truck window seal (which they denied) Smeared grease down the side after dragging their towel over the trailer hitch. Tore the rubber mat holder out of the floor (which they denied) Left a spray bottle on the rear seat which tipped over and leaked onto the leather seat. etc. etc. etc. Save yourself the aggravation! read more

Seriously my car was crazy dirty, just from driving and every day use and for $23 they vacuumed and armour-alled my interior and washed and waxed the exterior. And it looks phenomenal!! My fiancé took our car to PDQ today to get it thoroughly cleaned for our wedding this weekend. He paid to have the "Superior Interior" done, and it was anything but superior. My fiancé had his tuxedo in the car, and he asked the person working if he should take the tuxedo out to which he replied "no". The window underneath the tuxedo ended up not being cleaned at all. The entire backseat, where the tux was hanging, was merely cleaned around, and you can tell that there was clearly an entire area that the vacuum and rag didn't see. The door area and seat were still very dirty after the wash was over. He offered to take it out, because he wanted to make sure that everything got cleaned well, as that was what we were paying for. They never vacuumed the back seats or hatch, didn't wipe the council, doors or dash. Didn't empty the garbage in the doors. I have been to this car wash many times, but not for a while. Prior to going, I was warned that they never do as good of a job as they should. My car really needed to be cleaned so I brought it in anyways. Paid $30 for a car wash, which included washing two carpet mats ($2.50/mat). The mats were returned extremely wet, so I left them out to try in the sun for a bit. Once dry I went to put them back in and they were covered in white spots. They were not like this before. Upon further examining, we realized this was shampoo that did not get fully washed out... not happy, as my mats are fairly new! They even have a nice waiting area where you can watch your car get washed and dried. I highly recommend this place if your car needs a good deep clean. Resonable in price too about $30. read more

Left with a car that still had mud and sand in the back seat, wheels that were most definitely NOT shiny, and an exterior the was still wet (which ended up drying streaky). I have been going to pdq for years but just recently started coming to this location and I was very disappointed with the way my car got returned to me. I usually pay for the standard wash which is around $20 but today I paid extra for the managers special thinking it would be spotless.. my car didn't even look like they touched it inside. Hair, crumbs, dirt still visible on almost all the seats/center counsel. They barely even dried my car. It was so bad that I drove around the building and vacuumed/wiped down my whole car myself.
