He answered all my questions in a professional and experienced manner. He described what options I had in terms of wiring and recommended the best area(s) to place the security monitor. Avner was also the first person who provided a quick written estimate that included the brand name of the merchandise he was planning to use. Grace called later to inquire if I had any more questions about the installation. The price quoted was affordable and within the range I had been quoted by other companies. Based on the quality of customer service I had received thus far, I hired them to complete the job. Avner and Hugo exceeded my expectations on the day of service. Hugo worked tirelessly all day to install the required wiring and cameras. It was very important to me that the wires would not be all over the place as I had seen on many security cameras' websites. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

It won't allow me to create a password and repeatedly states I am to receive an email on resetting the password ( which I never created yet ) AND NO Email has ever arrived. No resolution to date and a yearly bill that is nearly double the Briscoe bills of just a few years ago!!! Furthermore just heard a recording that any call off hours starts @ a $600.00 charge.
